Upon arrival in Cape Town, a friendly driver will meet you in the airport and provide luggage handling (gratuity is optional, but appreciated). Then enjoy your direct ride into the city.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

My flight was very late getting in but they were right there when you come out of customs with a sign with my name on it. The car ride was very comfortable and the driver was very professional.

Very professional on time and informative driver. Only downside was that all seat belts didn't work but complementary water a bonus. The hop on hop off bus was a great way to get a feel for Cape Town and environs. We also did a tour of the winelands which our daughters had organised, great fun visited 4 vineyards and lunch. Again informative and willing driver who couldn't do enough to make our day special. The trip to Robben island was really good, the guide gave us loads of information and we saw whales and dolphins on our way back on the ferry making it a special day too. Four days wasn't enough to do everything we will be back.

The plane was late, the bags were late, but Marcel was there for us when we exited the terminal . We were starving when we arrived, and staying in an in-town condo, there was nothing to eat. He generously stopped at a convenience store just out of the airport to let us grab a bunch of quick foods to take along. AS we were just reuniting our family from 4 different directions, the stop was appreciated. He was very nice and of course he was great with the bags

This was a FANTASTIC service. The driver was in arrival area with a name placard. He helped with luggage and took us directly to a very clean van, as there was four of us. We then had a new driver who courteous, careful, and informative. Need a transfer in Cape Town, use this service.

What a surprise!!! Here we were thinking that we'd be sharing a van with a few other arriving passengers bound for the hotels in the center of town. Alas! That wasn't the case. The driver was waiting with a regular car and it was just my husband and me on that trip. 2 small bottles of water were waiting in the car and we were handed cold face clothes once we sat down to freshen up. We were delightfully surprised! The driver was very convivial and dropped us safely at our hotel. 2 thumbs up!!!!

Flight arrived early but this was no problem to the driver as he was ready and waiting for us. The driver was very smart and polite and gave us information about Cape Town as we were taken to our hotel. we were surprised to find that we were the only passengers and were driven in a lovely sedan car which made the trip very special.

Excellent service from the 'meet and greet' at Arrivals, to the water and hot wet flannel in the car, to the assistance with tour info, to the dropping off at my hotel. The staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful - they could not be faulted!

Big car enough to seat 6 people. Knowing that we came from a long flight, there was sweets, water, lotion, perfume, wet towels etc in the car for us. driver was friendly and gave us a commentary of the town

I was very pleased with this transfer which was carried out very professionally and effectively. I was met by a pleasant 'meeter and greeter' and escorted to a nearby pick-up point where the driver appeared with an immaculate car, dealt with my luggage, provided me with a refreshing towel and a bottle of water, and took me to the door of my destination. One of the best transfers I have ever had. The opportunities for a foul-up abounded - because of an early plane arrival and quick delivery of luggage I was at least 30 minutes ahead of my likely arrival and I was finishing an international journey arriving at the domestic terminal - so I was ready for my contact to not have yet arrived and/or to be at the wrong place; but in fact they got it exactly right.
