Fun experience in a beautiful car. It was exactly as described. The car is in great condition. Our driver was friendly and punctual.

We were given a meeting spot and the driver showed up at a different spot. He told us he had another tour aafter so we had to go to him quickly to not eat into our time. We insisted that he pick us up since it would take us much longer to walk to him than for him to get to us. I confirmed with our email that we were in the right spot. He did not apologize. Was rather uninterested and cold. Hardly shows us anything. He just stopped in a couple of places and took a few iPhone photos with our phone. That was it for the tour. Maybe we e just got unlucky with the driver but it was disappointing and extremely overpriced for what we got.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. reviewing your tour details, it appears there was a misunderstanding about the meeting point. The confirmed pickup location was in front of the Martinez Hotel, but you were waiting at the Casino Barrière, which is unfortunately outside our authorized pickup zone. Even so, our driver went out of his way to come to your location to avoid cancelling the tour, despite having another scheduled experience right after.
We’ve also spoken with him directly , he’s known for being professional and courteous, and he mentioned doing his best to make the tour pleasant within the available time. We’re sorry if this wasn’t reflected in your perception that day.

We booked this tour and paid up front as usual. The day before we were sent and email that we did not notice. We went to the meeting place only to have the tour guide not show up. I went to look and he had asked for confirmation on a tour that was paid for and confirmed already.I told him we were at our meeting spot and he said he resold my spot to someone else and we could do ours 3 hours later which didn't work for us. No refund was given. Part my fault but who wants to be looking for emails while on vacation. I do not recommend it is clearly a money grab.

hello, we always send an email requesting confirmation from our customers to guarantee that you will be there on time, However you never confirmed your presence to us...then, we offered you another slots that you have not confirmed neither, we cannot afford to send a driver without guarantees of the presence of our customers.
moreover you cannot pretend that during your vacation you do not check your emails knowing that you are booking activities, we like to have a human relationship with our customers above all.

Great photos at the marina & great driving. Great tour— 40-45 minutes. The car is very small for 2 passengers, one in front and TIGHT in the back but it was a memorable experience

Thomas was a great driver. In this short time, you drive around Cannes but still great! The car holds 3 people. If you are tall, you will be cramped but it is worth it. You do not go up into the hills.
