It was a very nice, informative, and gastronomical tasty tour. The tour guide was very informative and took us to different places to explain the development of Cali throughout the centuries. He also had nifty maps to show us the different geographical groups that have made up the history of the city. He also took us to several stands to try several fruits typical of the city.

Great communication with the event coordinator. The individuals that took me on the tour were very nice and knowledgeable about the area. It was just me, so the experience was very intimate and resembled VIP treatment.

I cannot recommend the guide highly enough.
The tour program was not implemented. The guide took us to the CLOSED museum which we paid for. Even though we paid for a private driver, we had to VISIT the viewpoint on foot. What's more, it turned out that the driver went to the viewpoint, so as not to have to go up on foot, and was waiting for us there. I would like to add that the guide did not wear a protective mask and did not have a hand sanitizer gel in the car (WHILE ENSURED that it will be available).
The trip lasted less than 4 hours despite PROMISES that it will last 7 hours. We feel cheated.

Our services are made to give you the most diverse and complete experience of each place, however, enjoying the tour will also depend on the attitude of the traveler. If you were passing through any kind of stressful situation outside the tour (as we noticed you were), we understand it would affect the general sensation of the tour.
Regarding the total time of the tour, our itinerary has been designed so you can spend time enough in each place to stop, eat, rest or just enjoy. This amount of time varies for each person so sometimes the tour can be shorter, but in any case, we commit to stop in every place that we offer. In your case, you decided not to spend much time in each site, reason why the tour took less than planned.
About the closed museum, we try to be informed about schedules but sometimes it is something we can not control, that is why our guide tried to give you more options to compensate, offering that you decided not to take. Last but not least, we will make sure that any health measurements regarding covid are fulfilled. However, your comment helps us to check our service to keep offering high-quality experiences. El carro viejo y súper pequeño. Un chofer que supuestamente también era guía pero no sabía absolutamente nada de Cali
Además pregunte en el hotel y un tour de Cali como el de ustedes dado con chofer y guía vale solo US$75 y el de ustedes solo con chofer he pagado $150. Fue muy malo todo.

El guía muy competente, me llevó paseando por toda la ciudad antigua durante tres horas, enseñándome restaurantes y centros de salsa, contándome historias y leyendas de la ciudad y el paseo del Gato. La vista al Cristo fue curiosa también.
Un solo pero, no quiso ponetse el tapabocas a pesar de que yo lo llevé todo el tiempo
