The time you select is not the pick up time. Check in took 45 minutes. Received different information regarding shuttle time from different staff

Thank you for your review. Online listing where you booked it clearly says pick up is 45-60 minutes before selected tour time depending where you are staying. Please read everything carefully. Check in takes 5 minutes and on cruise ship days it can take up to 25 minutes because there is a lot of clients.

My girlfriends and I did this excursion the day before my wedding in Cabo and we had a blast! Just a really nice experience riding the camels which felt like the perfect amount of time with lots of really great pictures taken of all of us. Then we had a nice buffet lunch overlooking the ocean and the tequila tasting really was good too! Absolutely worth the price!

Do not “ungrade” to “private” tour.

It was a very long wait to get to the destination. Once there purchased the private tour while the guide was great. It was not worth the extra money. The biggest perk of upgrading was being allowed to have your cell phone and belongings. While it was impossible to get pictures while on the camel. Also there was other people on the vehicle with us which is not “private” that I paid for.The wait for the shuttle once the experience ended was extremely too long.

We had a great experience riding the camels. Billy our tour guide was friendly and funny. The camels were very relaxing and it was a quick trail ride along the beach.

Underwhelmed experience

For me personally the camel ride was cute but I didn’t like the misrepresentation of it being 4 activities in one. It’s basically a walk and shuttle to get to the camel which they advertise as a “hike” and “desert safari ride.” Also it took a hour in half from the time they picked us up to get to the location because they made like 5 stops at other hotels. Then once we got there it was another 45 minute wait before we actually did our excursion. It was a lot of waiting and by the time we were done with the camel ride it was super late. We had to rush to eat and do the tequila tasting/class which was not what I expected.

Not worth the $

If you can, book something else as this excursion is not worth it. You spend 15 minutes (I timed it) on the camel and are obligated to share the camel with someone (or pay double) and they come out in all your pictures. You are not allowed to bring your phone with you unless you pay an additional $150 per person for a “private tour.” It is A LOT of just waiting around. The pictures cost around $100 and are decent quality. If you want to buy just one, it’s $20. The people who work at the photo shop are super rude and look at you like you’re dumb… it was so weird. The burrito was disgusting. There are dead roaches literally all over the place. The turban cost $17 (optional). We waited so long for the camel ride that we didn’t have time for the tequila tasting. Poorly organized, unprofessional staff, just a waste of $ with a ton of hidden fees.

The scenery was beautiful. The camels are gentle and the photographer was there taking plenty of pictures. It was worth the tour and photo package was beautiful and affordable.

Do the camel ride

We did the camel tour. It was very fun and amazing pictures. They don’t let you bring your phone due to safety reasons but they have a photographer follow you and take a bunch of photos. For the photo package it’s $20 per photo or $130 for all of them including the drone. Yes it’s kinda expensive but our photographer took amazing photos and you can enjoy your ride instead of having your phone in your hand. It came with lunch and tequila tasting. I would bring my friends back. It’s kind of unorganized cause they don’t tell you when everything starts. I had to email them to see what time they were picking me up but if you ask the right questions you’ll find out over all a great tour
