VIP is easy to schedule and communicate with for where and when to meet. Our local contact Pablo and driver Luis were friendly and accommodating to our group. Luis was especially informative about restaurants and grocery stores. He was fun to chat with and refreshing beverages were provided as indicated. We highly recommend VIP Transportation.

Driver no where to be found once I landed. Experience was not a VIP Service

I’m usually not the person to act like a Karen and leave a bad review but this service disappointed me. I was told the driver would be waiting for me at the meeting point holding an iPad with my name on it. I waited about 30 mins even walked around and searched and couldn’t find my driver. I had to call the owner and he apologized and had someone finally come and pick me up. The point of paying for a VIP service is to have an easy seamless experience. I travel all the time and always book VIP car services from the airport to hotel so I’m familiar with the quality of service that should be given. Instead of waiting in the the sun 30+ mins for a driver and having to call the owner to find out what’s going on I could’ve just jumped in a local taxi as immediately as soon as I left the airport as they were all available but seeing how I already booked my service I had no choice but to wait. Also the picture showed a black truck and when the car finally came it was white. Again not trying to sound like a Karen but if I specifically book a black truck for my VIP vacation that’s what I want to pick me up. Specify what kind of car will be coming. When the car finally came the driver was cool had water and beer in a cooler for us and asked if we wanted to stop at Walmart or anywhere on the way but by that time I was already hot and irritated and wanted to go straight to the hotel. My next trip in Cabo I’ll be picking a different car company

I am very sorry that this happened and this is a very unfortunate situation you had to experience. I understand that coming out of the busiest airport in Mexico is hectic and confusing. You have every right to leave a review like this when you do not receive the service expected. With that said, we have over 25 vehicles and they are not all BLACK , just because the photo for that specific ad shows 4 black vehicles. All of our vehicles are NEW and nice vehicle but range in a variety colors. It was unfortunate that you could not find your chauffeur who actually waited for you for over 2.5 hours to find out you actually went with another driver. There are literally 100's of drivers outside the airport door of the Los Cabo's airport and this is one of those situations were we are just glad you made it to your resort safely. I am sorry that you had to walk around in the heat for an entire 30 minutes looking for your chauffeur. I told the driver to take you to get some refreshments in case you needed anything for your vacation however he stated that you refused and I get it, you were hot. Again, glad you made it home safely and hope you and a great vacation in Cabo (other than the 30 minute delay at pickup) Take care.

Pablo was our driver and he was very friendly and helpful as we just arrived to Cabo and were ready to start our vacation right! He provided beverages and a trip to Costco before dropping us off at our resort. Pablo also picked us up and took us back to the airport. I would highly recommend this car service.

I was not able to respond to the driver for your flight adjustment details. I personally take 100% responsibility for this situation for not checking the VIATOR message logs and instructing our driver how to proceed. Excellent Service! Our plane arrived late and the operator was waiting. Especially the operator Jesus (Obama) makes you feel very confident, offers you cold drinks, the impeccable transport unit and on the way to the hotel is explaining everything you are encountering along the way. All right. A little more communication is lacking, thinking about the delay of the flight I could not find the way to communicate to know if they were still waiting for us, it is a small point against which I think they must improve. Everything else excellent!
