I wish Viator would do a better job of connecting you with a more fluent English speaking guide. We asked for a guide that could talk about social, architectural, and historical events. We did not get this. The language barrier was too challenging.

The guide lived in New Jersey for 6 years, and he graduated from a US university. Your guide is one of our professionals. I also heard that the guide talked about Korean totemism, but since you didn't know what it was, he compared it to Canadian totem poles; however, you reportedly couldn't understand it because you didn't know what totemism was. It is said that you lacked basic knowledge. And guides are experts on the destination and history, but they cannot be experts in every aspect. After all, they are not experts in architecture or society. I heard that there were difficulties because you changed the pickup time twice on the morning of the pickup day and also failed to keep to the schedule.

An amazing experience with June he went out of his way to show us so much of BUSAN , took us of the tourist path for great photo opportunities. As first time visitors from South Africa we could not have had a better guide for the day , highly recommend June . A very comfortable car as well .

I went on the tour with my parents and my 2 sons (ages 17 and 23); we had a great time. We hit all the spots on our itinerary and our guide was always looking out for my elderly parents and their ability to navigate the stairs and hills. He went out of his way to make things easier for them whenever possible and took lots of photos for us. He provided historical info and local recommendations. Looking back, I would pass on the Haeundae Sky Capsule and do the Songdo cable car and suspension bridge.

It was a very good experience, we spent a full day going through everything we were interested in from BUSAN, without time pressure at our pace, we changed things as we went along and everything worked 100!!! Highly recommended, interesting, fun and comfortable 👌🏻 10/10
