If you have WhatsApp, we recommend using it for faster and more convenient communication. Free hotel pickup is available only within downtown Busan. Additional charges apply for pickups in Gijang or Gimhae Airport areas. If your accommodation is outside downtown Busan, please contact us in advance to confirm the additional fee (70,000KRW). If you cannot find your hotel on the list when booking, please select any nearby hotel and send us a message with your correct pickup location.
