The most horrible experience you could wish for from a rubbish supplier who chose to transport us cattle class. They even sent a guy to us on foot & raced away expecting us to follow closely. We had to walk to another hotel where a group collection was. The venue is tatty & down 40 steps in a dingy part of Buenos Aires. Having complained to the operator & Viator, both failed to contact me re disattisfaction. They just simply said we got you there & back + you saw the show. Job done

The designated meeting point at the Waldorf Hotel, which has a suitable area for vehicle parking, was chosen to ensure the efficient gathering of all guests. The transportation used is up-to-date and regularly inspected for comfort and safety. While we understand the inconvenience caused, the logistical decisions were made with the well-being of all passengers in mind.
