Fernando was on time and very courteous. Three of us with some hefty luggage but he managed to get us in. Very knowledgeable about Buenos Aires. I would recommend him and would use him again if I come back

Our driver was nice, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. Just be aware that if by any unforeseen circumstances you are delayed over an hour you will be charged an extra fee. In our case the flight was delayed by 20 minutes but the immigration line was an hour long so we were charged an extra $30 USD.

About 2 days prior, I started to receive personal communication on WhatsApp from Nani, our assigned driver regarding meeting time and location. Having some questions about luggage capacity, Nani was extremely responsive and helpful to ensure that we would be transported to our hotel effectively.
Nani’s communication continued on the day of arrival once we met, he was very friendly and efficient and drove us safely to the hotel while explaining great facts and areas of interest.
I highly recommend Nani’s services and, as a travel agent, will be sharing his information with clients traveling to Buenos Aires.

We had a good driver. He originally had the wrong hotel information and took us to the wrong hotel, but it was an easy problem to solve and he got us to our location easily.

Our flight was late about 12 hours, but Marcelino was there, waiting for us when we came out of baggage claim. He brought his van over to the curb and loaded 6 people's worth of luggage, then skillfully navigated through BA traffic to get us to our hotel. ¡Excelente, Marcelino!

Nani provided outstanding service. He confirmed the meeting time prior to arrival and met us in the terminal after our hour long wait to clear immigration. During the drive to our hotel in the city center he was very informative about Buenos Aires and gave us some useful tips for our stay there. He shared with us his love of polo and even offered to give us a tour of his horse training facility. We would have loved to accept his offer, but unfortunately time constraints did not allow us to do so. His English is very good and I consider him to be an excellent ambassador for his city.

Nani was awesome! We did not expect a baggage handler strike when we landed In Buenos Aires! He went above and beyond contacting and hanging with us until the issue was resolved. Plane landed before our scheduled arrival time. After waiting in a lengthy line for customs we went straight on to met our driver. Driver was great we were taking to the Park Hyatt. Later I received a text saying we owed another $25 dollars for wait time. I paid the money but it didn’t seem right to me. They had are flight information and should know customs might take some time. Remember our flight landed early and we were still charged.

You knew in advance that the service includes 1 hours waiting time, and there is a fee for an additional waiting time, it is described on the listing and we reminded you that via email once the booking was confirmed.
We used an SUV for this service, which is more expensive than a regular vehicle.

Driver did not meet at arrivals area. He stayed in his car. Airport staff had to help find him otherwise I would have been stranded

You were in a wheelchair, and the driver arranged with the airport staff to meet you up right at the gate, which was much easier to do than going all the long way to the parking area.
You forgot to mention that the vehicle was brand new, and the driver was friendly, very experienced, English speaking, and he helped you to bring the heavy luggage up to the hotel, what you were not able to do on your own.

The driver was already waiting for me based on the text message I received when my plane just landed at Buenos Aires. I met the driver at the meeting area where I was told to meet him and went to the car and brought to the hotel where I stayed.

Booking online was easy. We prepaid, so our cost was guaranteed and we did not have to deal with sketchy cab drivers. Our courteous driver met us at the exit from baggage claim with my name displayed on his phone. He took our checked bags on a cart to his van. His English was good enough to communicate the essentials. He dealt with a small change to our destination without a problem. The drive into the city was uneventful.

Arrived at airport. Contacted driver through What’sApp. Communicated driver was going to be late. Because of the delay - they offered to pay for food/drink while we waited. Not a problem since we had several hours to kill before hotel check-in. Driver texted when he was at the airport. Friendly driver. Dropped off reimbursement for coffees we ordered while waiting. Kind and generous driver. Would recommend highly.

Our driver Alex was great! Very punctual and had great recommendations on what to do in the area. Good conversation and driving. He took the time to make sure we got into our air bnb safely. We rescheduled him for the drive back to the airport and it went as perfect as the first trip. Highly recommend!

Obviously a pricey way to be transferred but the airport is really far away from the city centre and navigating that isn’t always what you want after a long flight. The communication was good, knew what was happening and really helped us get from the airport to the other side of Buenos Aires
