Great communication from company prearrival. Driver sent note via whats app on arrival day confirming details.
Jesus, our English speaking driver, meet us at arrivals and promptly took us to our hotel in Puerto Madero area. He was very nice and gave us some highlights as we made our way into town.
Was somewhat apprehensive as we dont speak Spanish and did not want bad start to our Argentina adventure. This service took care of all those concerns. Really made the process easier and less stressful.
We highly recommend this companies service.

Our driver, Fabian, was WONDERFUL! Our flight into EZE landed on time, but a very busy passport control area took us 1.5 hours to clear. Fabian WAITED for us and also kept in close contact w/ us. Our drive to our hotel was punctuated w/ interesting conversation. Fabian was professional, kind and patient, as well as being a skilled driver. A great way to start our Buenos Aires stay!

Had a great experience with Rachel and our driver. She was waiting for us with a sign so she was easy to find. Had fun chatting with her during our ride as well.
Company was great about contacting and confirming our ride prior to departing the US via WhatsApp. Also used WhatsApp to contact Rachel once we arrived.

Ended up calling (an international call) and finally getting a hold of the driver
Driver let some stranger at the airport help load our bags into the car then this stranger blocked the car from leaving until he got a tip from us. The driver did nothing to stop this extortion. We (not he) had to forcefully tell this stranger NO

Our driver, Fabian was waiting for us outside baggage claim. He was easy to find as our name was on a sign. He loaded our bags on a cart and pushed the cart to his car.

We expected (both because the description said English speaking driver and because it almost always happens with airport drivers) for the driver to talk to us. The drive from the Buenos Aires airport into town is long. It would have been great to learn about what we were seeing, about the city, about the country. Whatever. He was totally silent.
But he did arrive on time and get us safely to our hotel.

After a very long flight it was quite pleasant to see our driver waiting for us. The drive to our hotel was long and I’m sure a cab would have been much more expensive. August was a good driver and spoke English easy for us.
Took away the tension of finding and paying for a car in foreign currency. Good company good contacts. Recommend highy
