Koz Cruisers Buenos Aires Takeover!

It was a very long and chaotic experience getting to our driver, Jonathan, but thankfully he sent a picture of himself holding my name; this saved us once we got outside... Jonathan was very professional and even with his limited English, we were still able to communicate effectively (thank God for online translation)!

Poor cruise terminal pick up

We told the driver, “8:30 at cruise terminal.” We were there at 8:25. Driver decided that we would be late, so messaged us that he would be there in 20-25 minutes. We messaged back that we were waiting. Several messages later, he arrived without car which he had left on the street in the rain. We told him to bring the car to the terminal pick up area. He went for car. It was 9:00 am before we left for the hotel. We feel that his behaviour was unacceptable, unprofessional and unnecessary.

Driver was not at terminal when we departed terminal; waited 20+ minutes. Driver did not speak English which arrangement stated would be English speaking driver. Driver was helpful with luggage. Car’s interior was not clean.

A better experience if the driver met us where we exited at gate 12. Getting to gate 2 meant taking our luggage down a small ramp and down the sidewalk through the crowd. “You can’t get there from here” The drivers English was good and we understood about 90% of what she said.
