Two things disappointed. The show started 40 minutes late (10:25 pm) and while the production values were high there was only a smallish amount of classical Tango dance. Much of the dancing was what can be described as athletic Broadway style. If that's what you are looking for you will be happy. We wanted more classical tango.

Boring songs in Spanish. No english spoken. A lot of kicking girls thrown around. Very little Tango. See dancers in the streetsko are better.

Dancers were great, too much singing and musical interludes, food was horrible, service was rude, and REFUSED TO TURN ON AIRCON on the hottest day in Buenos Aires, told it was fine, left before midnight, bus refused to pick us up, and NOT WORTH $300 PP, even on NYE, $50 PP would have been too much! Avoid at all cost!

The Theater is three floors underground. It has a classic mystic of 1920’s. It is well decorated but also it looks a bit weathered as well. We went just for show only and drinks. So I can’t rate the food. Also, I would say during booking of the excursion, it is best to pick the transportation option. We did not and it was a bit difficult to find, it is a theater within Palacio Tango, and at that late at night a tourist can become a target if you are walking around trying to find it. The show itself was good, but I would not rate it as on the top category.

Amazing show. The only bad thing was the AC was broken and it was too hot inside. But we went with a group of women from other countries and they loved it. The drinks prices were very affordable.

We had a great experience, a full Orchestra with 10 dancers offering a wonderful show and the singers were amazing. Food and drinks were very good and offered several options. I would highly recommend this show

This theater show is small and intimate with excellent bar service and friendly staff. Show is not real long but did not start until almost 10 pm so it can be a late night. I did not choose the dinner option but the food passing by looked delicious! I walked to the theater at 9 pm and chose the transport van home. You have to go out of the lobby and down to the street corner to get your van. All went as planned and the tour operator had good communication regarding pick up etc.

Language barrier is little tricky, but everything worked out. Very nice place, people, and things to see.

Beautiful theater. We weren't told when 'lesson' began, so missed it. They told the people in main floor about it. When we saw everyone leaving (we were seated in 'box seat/balcony table) we search for waiter to ask and by time we could find waiter and ask it was almost over. Otherwise, food decent, show pretty good.

Excellent show, much smaller (and a bit shorter) than Tango Porteño but with talented dancers. We really enjoyed it.
The waiter was a bit pushy when it came to drinks, and about a tip, as in most places in BsAs.

The theatre is gorgeous and you can have your photo taken with the dancers pre show. The tango lesson is a lot of fun and really makes the participants interact with one another. The show is fantastic!

Strongly suggest skipping this tour!!
They are bad with communicating ride share till couple hours before - quite stressful. Then they scam you and charge for pickup and drop off and inform you last minute it’s only drop off!! Then we get bad seats on top corner that we can’t even see third of stage or the screen!!! The show is very short 1 hour and just average. Ride back in a smoky smelly bus; terrible the whole experience was!!

I hate leaving a bad review, because the good parts of this experience were great! But when the whole experience starts with being told you will be picked up at your hotel at 7:00 and the bus doesn’t get there until 7:40, it taints the experience a little. The bus smelled like cigarets and took 20 more minutes to pick up the rest of the people. When we got to the site, we realized it was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel…. Not worth the 40 minute wait and the 20 minute nausea inducing ride around the city. Then we got there and had a 2 hour 3 course meal, the food was fine, but it was too much time sitting around and got a bit boring. The performance was amazing and makes the whole experience okay, but I would recommend just booking the show and ordering a glass of wine at the venue. We elected to walk back to our hotel rather than riding in the same bus back again.

The show was excellent. The dancers and singers were extremely talented. The venue was absolutely phenomenal in a gorgeous theatre. The dinner okay but with generous portions. The tour I purchased was supposed to come with an experience of a tango lesson as well as a semi private transport from a hotel. I did not get either of those so I paid a lot more than if I had just purchased dinner and the show on my own independently.

Fabulous evening and fantastic value. As soon as we arrived we were invited to tango class included in the price of our ticket. The teachers were great and we had a wonderful time. Dinner was lovely. We both ordered the chicken dish which looked like a creation from a fine Parisian restaurant. Very delicious and paired well with the white Malbec that was surprisingly good and flowing freely! The actual show was truly fantastic. We loved the combination of an authentic band eon orchestra, singers and of course amazing tango dancing that included tango from the 20's 40's and modern day. A five start experience!

We liked The quality of this show, the dancers costumes were beautiful. The building seemed old and with character and was ideal for a large number of diners. Soup was warm but not warm enough to melt the cheese. Steak was nicely cooked. Wine was good.
