Sad and Unsatisfied!!

We did not get to go on our tour. We had an error in the date and no assistance or refund was ever considered. We were basically told too bad, you loose!!! We are very disappointed with Viator who usually does a better job.

We always honour our bookings but you phoned us with less than 24 hours telling us that nobody has picked you up when the booking was booked by you for the next day. We offered assistance and told you we could provide the service on the date you booked it but you said you wanted it right now (the day before) and it was impossible we could get a guide and transportation with less than 30 minutes.
