Disappointing

Disappointing the tour was 45 minutes short than it was advertised, came 45 minutes late the guide did not address the English speaking tourists but spoke to the Spanish ones, the van was uncomfortable and the tour did not end at the hotel os pick up . In Buenas Aires the tour guide was most difficult to contact and it took a great deal of time and effort to do so and still no direct contact could be made

No-show

The tour operator did not show up at the pick-up spot. I wasted one hour of my life waiting and waiting. I requested a refund and was told it is going to be approved but was not provided any explanation or apology for the no-show.

The activity was great. We went to many places. The only downside is we didn’t have time to go to the cemetery. And our tour guide made it worthy It was great and spoke three languages Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Not a tour to do

I would not take this tour again. Although the guide spoke in Spanish & English, the microphone & speakers in the bus was so bad, you could barely understand anything she was saying. The guide was very nice. The tour was supposed to start at 2PM, we didn't get picked up until almost 3pm and still had 2 more stops to pick up other people. It was not a very interesting tour of Buenos Aires at all, even though we stopped and a few places for very short periods of time. We did not get dropped back off until 7:45pm.

Lack of good organization!

The pickup was almost an hour late, and the tour we were placed on did not cover all the stops listed on the booking site. We completely missed one of the most important locations — the Recoleta area. Although it was advertised as an English tour, there was very little English commentary, and the guide didn’t accompany us at any of the stops. We were simply dropped off and left on our own. Overall, a very disappointing and disorganized experience!

We booked the tour based...

We booked the tour based on the full itinerary described for the tour, but it turned out the tour provider had a different itinerary and we ended up seeing half of the activities in half of the expected time!!! The tour was supposed to start at 2pm and ended up waiting for the guide for one hour!!! I used to book city tours with Viator in different countries and it was well done, except this time it was very disappointing. I think I should get a partial refund of my payment. Also, the tour tried to accommodate 3 different groups in Spanish, English and Portuguese!! The English presentation was really short compared to the other two languages?!!

Don't book this tour

First , the tour operator "contact" suppose to start at 200pm. We got a email message that they picking us at 230pm at our hotel. Then they message us that it's going to be at 300pm. When they finally came the tour started ok. Don't book this tour unless you really speak and understand Spanish. It's hard to understand when the tour operator had to speak in Spanish and English to us. And the reason we booked this tour so we can tour all around part of Buenos Aires. When we go off the van on each stop the tour operator never came out and didn't explained what it is. Finally we had to be drop off three block away from our hotel

Totally unacceptable and needs to be removed from Viator.

Our tour was at 2pm and we waited 40 minutes and they never showed. At 315 they called and said where are we and said we went out on our own. They offered to us to join them on the first stop. Once she told us where it was it was a 58 minute walk from where we were. We canceled. I am writing to Viator to have this tour agency dropped and will be cc letter to CEO of Viator. Read some of the other reviews. Should have known better.

We were scheduled for 2pm pick up. At 2:30 we tried to contact tour but links were not working. At 2:45 host appeared. As we had another reservation in the evening the host assured us we would be back by 6:30. At 6:15 the tour host informed us they could not take us back to pick up spot as arranged. We were left in street corner and told it was just 8 blocks back to our hotel. When we checked maps we discovered it was a 30 minute walk so paid for taxi. In all fairness host was informative but service was not acceptable. We had paid for return trip and did not receive this.

Picked us up just as...

Picked us up just as promised at the pier, but were about an hour late. However, we were able to keep communicating until they arrived. The tour itself was very much worth it, the guide spoke very well in English and gave us a lot of historical and other information. At the end of the tour, they dropped us back at the pier as promised!

The tour is not worth it

The tour is not worth it. You can do most of them by yourself. I don't recommend it. We spend it more time waiting for couples to come down from their rooms.

If you don't speak Spanish forget this tour. You get a RUDE and obnoxious guide.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience with the female guide offered. Pickup from hotel was 40 minutes late. Pickup and drop off is part of the paid tour service; however, the guide left us off more than a mile from the hotel, stating that the tour and service had ended. Gave me a WET map of the city. She refused to give me a dry city map, and stated , smartly, "Do you want this map or not, because you get no other." The guide spoke English as the tour description stated, but if you don't speak Spanish forget this tour. The guide spoke in depth about all of the sites in Spanish, but only stated the name of the site in English. No English explanation whatsoever. The guide spent time on her phone texting and talking to others, even laughing at times.
