What To Expect
This unique interactive dining experience starts with your arrival at the location and meeting your fellow foodie travelers.
Suit up in an apron and chef's hat, and then learn how to close traditional Argentine empanadas using different "repulga" techniques. After, sit down to a dinner consisting of food from all four corners of the country, including "bife de lomo," arguably Argentina's best steak. The food served varies, but might include famous culinary exports such as chorizo and grilled provoleta cheese, and is paired expertly with four varietals of wine.
Finish by learning how to make your own maté, a traditional tea drink that has its own ritual, etiquette, and history, which you'll enjoy with "alfajores," the typical Argentine dessert.

We loved the experience. The food was great - loved having a wide variety of small plates. I am allergic to dairy/eggs and let them know ahead of time - they were spectacular in accommodating. Did not make me feel bad for asking - which only elevated the experience. Our hosts were super attentive and positive. The only thing that could improve the experience was perhaps noise abatement in the room. it would get so loud from all the talking that it was difficult to hear those around us. Other than that, I would highly recommend this to anyone at any age.

The Argentine Experience was 5 star. Stefano and his partner guided us through the process with style, humor and great Argentine cuisine knowledge. The venue was in a nice part of town and easy to reach. I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.

Great evening with delicious food. Stefano, Valentina and Laiura were terrific hosts and we met fellow travellers as well as preparing and eating delicious food (but don’t worry - you only help prepare a small amount of total food and it is fun). Walter the chef prepares the most delicious steak and side dishes and the wine pairings were fantastic. We had a lot of fun learning about regional food. A really fun evening

This was an amazing experience, all 6 of us loved it! In fact, the empanadas we made (with the help of Nico and Stefanos of course!) were the best we’ve eaten on our entire trip in Argentina! And when you pair them with great Argentinian wine it was over the top. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Palermo and Buenos Aires. And as previously mentioned, Nico and Stefanos were wonderful!

This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The employees were very inviting and well organized. The food was phenomenal!!!!Every course was well prepared and delicious and explained well. The meats melted in your mouth and the sauces complimented them well. It was fun to make the empanadas. Big kudos to the chef and whole team. It is an activity that is not to be missed when in Buenos Aires. My only recommendation is a print out of the menu provided to the guests since many of us did not know the names of some of the courses. Other than that it was MAGNIFICENT and an excellent value for the money. If we ever go back to Buenos Aires we would do the exact experience again

You will participate and enjoy the preparation of some of your own dishes and sauce. Made some great conversation with others that we had never met. A wide variety of samples were presented and it seemed like we would never stop trying something new. This was a HIGHLY enjoyable and entertaining experience!!

My wife and I had a fantastic time with this dining and cooking experience in Buenos Aires. It was a really nice mix of hands-on cooking, learning about Argentine food and culture, and then sitting down to enjoy the meal together. The whole experience felt relaxed, friendly, and very well thought out.
The hosts were welcoming and did a great job explaining what we were making and why, without it ever feeling like a formal class. We learned a lot, but it mostly just felt like a fun evening spent cooking and eating great food with good company. And the final meal was excellent — everything we made was delicious.
This was one of the highlights of our time in Buenos Aires and a great change of pace from regular sightseeing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys food and wants a more personal, memorable experience.

The food and story behind food were all wonderfully presented, you get to have some hands on experience, which makes the meal more interactive and personal. Stuffs were very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful, it was a very memorable experience. Plenty of food and wine to be had, in case you can’t finish the food, they would offer doggy bag for you.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Argentinian Experience. We had arrived in Buenas Aires earlier that morning and had mixed emotions about going. After finding the location we met two couples from the US and a fellow from Dublin. The group just mixed very well. The variety in foods, our hostess, and the amazing wines made for a memorable night

The food was outstanding, the wine delicious, and the company around the family style table warm and interesting. Augustin, Valentina, and Stefano were consummate hosts, were attentive to the smallest of details, and through their explanations made the experience accessible and personal. And I can’t believe that I actually made an empanada! Highly recommend.
