Péssima. Chegamos ontem na Mansion Tango e nossa reserva não estava confirmada. Tivemos que pagar novamente os ingressos e agora estamos cancelando o pagamento do cartão. Segundo eles a operadora local não repassou e ontem também não nos até dia Barepass.

Lamentamos profundamente o inconveniente. Devido a um problema no sistema de reservas, o voucher não chegou à administração do show de tango. No entanto, você pôde aproveitar o jantar e o show de tango. Com relação ao pagamento, foi feito o reembolso correspondente dos serviços pagos pelo TripAdvisor. Por outro lado, nossa empresa fez todos os esforços para garantir que você pudesse receber seu jantar com show sem transtornos. Lamentamos profundamente o ocorrido e o compensaremos com um serviço gratuito na próxima vez que visitar a cidade. Lamentamos novamente o ocorrido, mas isso estava completamente fora do controle de nossa empresa.
