It is a worthwhile experience but we were no more than 10 to 15 minutes in the air!! It was a pity and because of that we were a quite bit disappointed because we understood the flight took 30 minutes

We had a wonderful tour of the city with Carl in the pilot's seat. He explained everything very well and put us at ease throughout the whole experience. Would highly recommend this if you would like to view Brisbane city from a different angle!

The flight was great but I bought this particular flight because it was for 30 minutes. We were barely in the air for 10 minutes and from walking to the Helicopter to walking away was a maximum 20 minutes.

To whom it may concern, we are required to provide a total experience time to enable those who are booking an understanding of how long they will need to set aside to enjoy the experience offered. We do also stipulate the flight time as a separate piece of information, because just like any flight on any aircraft, the total experience is never equal to the flight time. Safety briefings are a mandatory requirement as is warming the engine and placing the required radio calls to the air tower for takeoff and landing clearance. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed, but we are not "hiding" any information nor charging a higher price for a longer flight. A survey of other flights over the Brisbane CBD versus the cost to provide them will reveal that the price for the flight time provided is great value and is the best price on the market.

Very friendly and informative staff! I had a flight with Geoff (pilot) over Brisbane CBD and surroundings. Spectacular and breath-taking views 🤩 PS for photographers I would recommend using special filters to minimise windscreen reflection.

Poor service and cancellation policy

As i got a call from the operator that the the flight tour is cancelled due to bad weather. But they gave me a call 1 hour before the departure timing and i was already reached to the location with my family. As in case of bad weather cancellation you could have give me the full refund in case of gift voucher as i came from interstate and dont know when we will come back again. Experience and service was very bad and i will strongly tell everyone in my group not to book any tour from your company.

As you can imagine, with everything in regards to aviation, bad weather can have a massive effect on the safety and security of our passengers whilst they are onboard our aircraft. With regards to us cancelling and issuing a flight credit 1 hour before your flight, this is due to how variable weather can be on certain days, and we prefer to see what the weather is really doing before cancelling on customers and preventing their flight from going ahead - which quite often people plan months in advance! sometimes we are able to just delay your flight for a few minutes, other times we have to make the unfortunate decision to post-pone your flight. Thank you for your feedback, both good and bad feedback can be used to improve our business going forward which we appreciate very much from our customers.
