All arriving passengers into Brisbane Airport are to proceed to the information counter where check in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. Passengers will then be directed to their departing shuttle. If you are unable to locate the information counter please ask one of the airport ambassadors for assistance, otherwise please phone. Please endeavour to check in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to ensure the service can leave on time.

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.

The driver was great! Very friendly and nice. The bus was clean and spacious so I didn’t have any complaints. If you’re getting off a really long flight, depending on how many people booked the bus, the journey can be long. We were the last to be dropped off and after 20 hours of flying, that was a lot. But! It was shared so it was not the company’s fault at all. They are really great.

The transportation was good. However, we weren't sure what times the bus would arrive and if we were in the right place for pick up as there was nobody at the airport from Connexion to greet us. Needed to ring Connexion to see what time the bus was arriving and if we were at the right pickup point, very little signage.

We were allocated to a shuttle that was 1.5 hours after our desired time then had to wait further 30min as it didn't depart on time which effectively pushed us to rush hour and essentially took us 4 hours to get to Gold Coast (including the wait time). It would have been quicker and cheaper if we just took the train :( very disappointed.

We were left waiting at the airport 3 hours after our landed.
We were stressed and thought we had been forgotten. The website wasn’t working correctly so we could not view when our ride was coming.
Once the cab did finally arrive everything was great and the driver was friendly.
I will not be booking with this company again.

Picked up from the airport and driven to your accommodation.
Traffic was extremely heavy but we could relax in the hands of a very capable driver .

This was very easy, well organised and a good price. The bus was ready and waiting for us after collecting our backs and dropped us directly at the hotel on the Gold Coast in about an hour. I would definitely use again.

The shuttle was an hour late and took 3 hours to get to the Gold Coast from Brisbane, I know somethings can’t be helped but the driver was not very apologetic

Notre réservation n’a pas été prise en compte. Viator et son prestataire se renvoient la responsabilité. Personne ne répond au téléphone. Personne s l’aéroport international. A éviter !!

Reservation internet introuvable de votre côté , arrivée à l aeroport pas de navette… mis heureusement sur une autre navette plus tardive arrivés chez nous plus de 3h après… plus jamais nous je réserverons avec vous.
