The app doesn't work very well and the puzzle is actually just figuring out how to input data into the screen. There is no mystery. It just feels like being really frustrated trying to get an app to work. Plus, one of the 10 things to find is now gone. It is behind a construction wall. The most fun part of the game was playing pong to be told a direction to escape the game faster. I don't know if the other path (chosen randomly at the beginning) would have been better, but it left me pretty disappointed.

Sato Code is actually designed as a multiplayer experience, when you tap or solve something on one phone, it can trigger a reaction or reveal on another. We totally get that this can feel confusing at first, but it’s actually one of the most beloved aspects of the game once players realise how interconnected everything is.
Regarding the “knight” clue: I had a look at the photos you uploaded, and you can actually see the knight clearly visible right there in the little passage. It’s not behind the construction wall, so it’s still perfectly findable.
We’re really sorry that the experience didn’t click for you the way it does for most of our players. It’s always sad to see when people miss what makes Sato Code special, but your feedback is still valuable and helps us improve.
