We had an incredible time on our lagoon tour! Snorkeling with stingrays, sharks, and even “Nemo and friends” was unforgettable—such a magical experience from start to finish. The water was crystal clear, the marine life was amazing, and we always felt safe and well taken care of.
A huge shout-out to Rolly, who was absolutely awesome. His energy, knowledge, and kindness made the tour even better. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it shows in every moment. I mean who else can play the ukulele and sing while driving a boat?
Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure! 🌺🐠🦈✨

Highly recommend this experience! Evans was a great tour guide and made the day a lot of fun. Swam with sharks and rays, saw a lot of beautiful fish and amazing scenery, and the bluest water Bora Bora has to offer! We enjoyed a delicious Polynesian lunch on a private island and learned a lot about culture and traditions from Evans and the other tour guides.

We had a wonderful day going around the island and stopping to snorkel and swim with sharks. We stopped at a Motu and had a fabulous lunch in a beautiful setting. The lunch was outstanding! Our guides were very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I highly recommend this company and the experience they will give you. I just can’t say enough! Top notch!

Amazing excursion! Our guides Henere and James were fantastic! The snorkeling sites were amazing. Saw rays, sharks tons of fish! Lunch was tasty and the motu were beautiful. A must do activity in Bora Bora!

Big Mauururu Roa
We had such a great experience on the snorkeling tour with Rai. He gave so much information about the history and culture of Bora Bora and French Polynesia. We got to see sting rays, sharks, lots of fish, and a beautiful coral garden. It seemed like all the animals knew Rai so there was always a lot to see in the water. The lunch was also delicious! They even made a special vegetarian entree for us upon request. Overall, would highly recommend this experience!

We experienced smooth delivery and extreme care. Our guide was very friendly and had a wicked sense of humor. He expressed his great appreciation and let us know it wasn’t a job but a vacation, everyday to do his magic. He showed true concern for our safety but also encouraged or personal power, and assisted in every concern to ease or worry with a solution. Rough water on another island was a fear, which he was able to gauge and encouraged me, I’d be safe in his hands. I was ever so thankful for his encouragement and sense of safety, and I was perfectly thankful. Highly recommended

Really great snorkeling at 3 different locations. The “blue water” location outside the reef was amazing! Super clear water and lots of Black Tip sharks. The water was much warmer there. Our guide, Bobby was great and sang for us.

An excellent snorkelling day with a great motu lunch included. We had tendered in from our Windstar cruise ship to the pier in Vaitape and were collected at the same pier by our guide. The boat was an outrigger canoe capably handled by our captain, Taamio, along with our guide, Tamo. There were 3 snorkeling stops: the first to see black tipped reef sharks and stingrays in shallow, clear water; the second in deep water to see more sharks and stingrays. In both cases the sharks and rays were numerous. The third stop was the extensive Bora Bora coral garden near the outer reef, just a great snorkeling experience -- colorful coral, abundant tropical fish, clear water, no current. Ater the snorkeling we went to a private motu where our small group lunched in the shade with just one other small group on a nice assortment of local cuisine served on woven palm fronds. After lunch we moved to a thatched roof shelter where the captain showed us how to husk, flake, and squeeze the milk from a coconut, and wove headbands and purses for the woman. Neat, simple demos and done in a relaxed convivial manner. Often on the canoe between stops Tamo would pick up his ukelele and the two of them would sing as we went along. On our way back to the pier in Vaitape we circumnavigated Bora Bora and they pointed out landmarks. We were back at the pier in plenty of time to make the tender back to our ship. There were quite a few tours and tour operators to choose from. We were very pleased with our choice.

The captain and his partner are friendly and when we said our not good at swimming they’re very hearty to help us to experience the activity. In the end i want to say:the view is very nice!

Highly recommend - Tom and Henry provided a top notch experience. The snorkel spots were incredible and they even hopped in the water to help show us some of the local wildlife. Lunch at the motu was excellent. We also came on a pod of dolphins and they took extra time going back-and-forth so that we could watch them. Throughout the trip, they played music and sang local songs, which made the trip even more relaxing. A great way to get out on the water and see marine life!

Unfortunately our booked tour was cancelled cause of bad weather condition. We completly understand that, but please make the cancellation not 8min before departure in the morning. So everybody was waiting at the pier and nobody of your compamy showed up to inform. Not really costumer friendly.

We saw sharks and stingrays, which was an awesome and unforgettable experience! We were the only non-French speakers on the boat, though, and unfortunately, we sometimes felt a little left out, as most of the explanations and interactions were in French. Overall, the experience itself was fantastic, but it would have been even better with more attention given to non-French-speaking guests.

Wonderful day out on the lagoon, despite rainy weather. Evans was a wonderful captain/guide. First time I’ve seen someone play ukulele, sing, and drive a boat at the same time! Swam with rays, sharks, loads of fish, octopus. Saw dolphins, turtles… great lunch on the motu, with coconut demonstration…

This was my very first time snorkeling and my first time swimming in the ocean, so I was naturally quite nervous, even with a life jacket on. But this tour completely blew me away and turned out to be the absolute highlight of my trip!
Our guide, Evans, was simply amazing. Knowing how scared I was, he held onto my life ring and pulled me along for the entire second and third snorkel spots. Because of his incredible patience and care, I was able to relax and see majestic blacktip reef sharks swimming right beneath me! It was a breathtaking, magical experience.
The Snorkeling Spots:
First Spot (Shallow water): Perfect for starting out. We spotted stingrays, blacktip sharks, and lots of colorful little fish.
Second Spot (Deep water, ~10 meters): The water here was crystal clear—a pure, transparent shade of blue. There were so many blacktip sharks that it felt like swimming right inside a giant aquarium!
Third Spot (Coral Garden): A stunning underwater paradise filled with gorgeous corals and vibrant fish.
More Than Just Snorkeling:
Along the way, our guides made the boat ride so much fun. They played the ukulele, sang live music, and pointed out the local resorts and the main pass—the only opening into the Bora Bora lagoon.
A Delicious Motu Lunch:
After our morning adventure, we headed to a private motu for an incredible buffet lunch featuring local dishes.
The coconut milk fish was out of this world—truly the best I’ve ever had, even better than the food at our resort!
The pumpkin pudding was equally delicious.
A wonderful eco-friendly touch: our food was served on plates woven entirely out of fresh leaves!
During lunch, Evans and our other guide treated us to live music, playing the ukulele and singing with the biggest, most joyful smiles on their faces. Their infectious happiness rubbed off on all of us and left a permanent mark on my heart.
To top it all off, they even gave us a demonstration on how to weave leaf plates, open coconuts, and shared all the amazing ways the coconut tree is used ("a tree of life").

Highly recommend this tour! It was an absolutely amazing experience.
We had such a great time and snorkeled in three different areas. In a shallow, light-green lagoon, we saw stingrays and sharks. In the deep blue ocean, we saw even more sharks. At the coral garden, we saw lots of colorful fish.
The lunch was amazing too—probably the best meal we had in Bora Bora. Both the chicken and the beef were delicious.
A special shout-out to our guide, Ray. He was such a kind and enthusiastic gentleman. He was also a very experienced guide. He loved sharing stories and knowledge about his homeland. He showed us how to husk a coconut and make things out of coconut palm leaves.
He was also extremely considerate. My wife was snorkeling for the first time, and he took great care of her. He prepared a swim ring for her and encouraged her to give snorkeling a try. My wife had really enjoyed her first snorkeling.
It was an absolutely unforgettable experience.

We had 3 snorkel stops. The first was in chest high water. Sharks and rays everywhere. So cool. Not scary at all.
Second stop was outside the barrier in deep water.
Thirs stop was at the coral garden. My wife and I agree that this was the best snorkeling we have ever done and we've been all over the Caribbean and central America. We saw so many colorful corals and anemones and we'll over one hundred different tropical fish species. Our guide also got in the water and led us on a tour through the corals. Also, the water salinity is high so you naturally float and do not need any flotation devices.
At the end we had a nice lunch on the motu

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The guides know right where to go for sharks, stingrays of course. We enjoyed meeting a few other guests from around the world during the excursion, and really enjoyed the lunch portion which was high quality. Snorkeling is the highlight of course, but a trip like this also gets you out on the water for beautiful views and to see different parts of the geography. They also picked up and dropped off at our motu hotel which is much better than needing to navigate yourself to the main island via water taxi

We had a great time with Lagoon Services. We stopped at 2 locations for snorkeling and 1 location for stingrays and sharks. The location for the Coral Gardens was my husband’s favorite. I got to see and octopus there. I was so excited.

The team at Lagoon Service is amazing...friendly, fun, engaged and welcoming. We loved this tour so much last year, we came again this year. We loved our captain/guide Temo ❤️ ...such a joyful and friendly guide. He kept as laughing and comfortable throughout the day. Excellent time petting stingrays, swimming with sharks and cruising (snorkeling) through Coral Garden to see all the tropical fish and wildly colorful clams.
