My wife and I had a fantastic time on this jet ski tour for our honeymoon. Tema was the best guide we could have asked for. He was knowledgeable, fun and safe. A boat picked us up from The Four Seasons and dropped us back off afterward, which was extremely convenient. We would use Moana Adventure Tours again and recommend them to anyone.

We were disappointed. The e mail indicated 1:00 to 3:00 jet ski tour. We were instructed the we would be picked up at the Westin. That's it. So we asked the Westin staff and they told us to be down at the dock. We arrived earlier than 1:00 . There was an excursion employee waiting at a boat. We were instructed to go with him in this boat. We drown around Bora Bora. Then he pulls into a cove on the opposite side of Bora Bora. Gets on his cell phone, starts speaking in French. Driving around the cove, appears to be looking for someone or jet skis. ??????? We have no idea what is going on. Its now 1:10 pm , still jo jet skis. He then drives further around the island into another cove. Pull up to a dock. Jet skis are tied off on dock. They appear to be in very poor condition. It's now 1:20. Still haven't rode jets skis. Far from Westin Hotel. We had another appointment scheduled for 3:45. We would have lost over $800 if we missed this scheduled event. I had to speak to a supervisor or owner. We explained that we had to be back by 3:00 at Westin. They informed us that we wouldn't be. No just ski ride, had to get a ride back on a different boat. It stopped along the way to meet up with another boat and very nice different driver from before got some canned beverages from other boat. Offered us juice. But still didnt receive jet ski ride from 1:00 to 3:00. No where in the e mail does it indicate to be down at the Westin Dock at 12:30 and that the ride on a boat to other side of the Bora Bora Island would take place. I canceled my purchase with credit card company. Hope I am not charged

We fully understand your concerns regarding the lack of clear information, the delays, the confusion during transportation, and the impact this had on the rest of your schedule.
We regret that the meeting time and transfer details were not communicated clearly enough in advance. We also understand that expecting a Jet Ski tour from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and instead experiencing uncertainty and transportation delays, was extremely frustrating and not the experience we aim to provide.
Please also accept our apologies if the equipment did not meet your expectations upon arrival. We take comments regarding our service standards very seriously.
Since no jet-ski tour was ultimately organized, we would like to confirm that a full refund has already been issued.
Since the refund has been processed, we would appreciate it if you would withdraw the complaint/dispute filed against our company.
Your feedback has been shared internally with our operations team so that we can immediately review our communication and coordination procedures to prevent this type of situation from happening again.

My husband and I booked the 2h jet ski tour in Bora Bora. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Our guide Wilson was fantastic. He took us to multiple places around the island pointing out different sites on the island. He took us to see eagle rays which was a nice addition to the tour. The scenery in the lagoon was magical! This is a must do tour.

What started as a backup plan after our original tour was canceled turned into one of the most fun and memorable experiences of our entire trip. We are so glad we found this jet ski tour on short notice because it absolutely delivered.
Circling the full island by jet ski gave us a perspective of Bora Bora that you simply cannot get any other way – stunning views of both the lush landscape and the impossibly blue lagoon at every turn. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging throughout, pointing out the famous hotels along the way and sharing stories about the island and its people.
The personal highlight was when he brought us to a motu where his own family lived during COVID – a genuinely touching and unexpected story that made the stop feel meaningful rather than just scenic. He also demonstrated how to open a fresh coconut and let us enjoy both the water and the pulp straight from inside. Simple, authentic, and absolutely delicious.
This tour has it all – adventure, beauty, local culture, and a guide who clearly takes pride in sharing his island with visitors. The fact that it came together last minute and still exceeded every expectation says a lot about the quality of the experience.
If you are visiting Bora Bora, do not leave without doing this tour. You will not regret it.

Already the pick up was a dream the way from westin to vaitape.
We drove around the island and stopped twice for a break. On the last stop our guides did a „coconutshow“ on Motu piti! Wow what a wonderful place🩵

带我的教练小姐姐超级赞。从一开始的热情接待，到下水前极其耐心的基础教学，让我这个新手也完全没有心理负担。中间我们还登陆了一个小岛休息，她不仅跟我们分享了绝佳的拍照机位，还超热心地帮我们拍了好多漂亮的照片。
整个上午安排得特别充实，让我今天一整天都超级开心，留下了满满的美好回忆。行程结束的时候，我特意跟教练小姐姐说：我一定会尽力再来波拉波拉第二次的，到时候绝对还要找她再玩一次！非常值得体验！
This was my first time in Bora Bora, and my very first time trying such a thrilling water sport! Honestly, the whole experience went way beyond my expectations.
Our instructor was absolutely amazing. From the warm welcome to the super clear basic training before we got on the water, she made me feel completely comfortable and safe as a beginner. Midway through the tour, we stopped at a beautiful island where she showed us the best photo spots and even helped us take tons of great pictures.
The entire morning was so fulfilling and fun, leaving me with the best memories of this trip. I actually told her at the end of the tour that I will try my best to come back to Bora Bora for a second time, and I will definitely do this exact activity again! Highly, highly recommend!

We were picked up from our hotel by boat and transported to where the jet skis were located. Everyone at Moana adventure tours was exceptional and super sweet. We were given basic instructions on how to operate the jet skis by our guide Tema. He was very patient and super nice. Once we were on the jet skis we rode around the whole lagoon. It was so picturesque and beautiful. Simple words can not describe the beauty of Bora Bora. Tema slowed down for those of us that didnt want to ride too fast. Overall the experience was over the top and we enjoyed every second of it. Highly recommend Tema and his crew to everyone.

Amazing experience and we rode the whole time super fast lol following the guide. Coming from FL to bora bora we are experienced with jet skis so we were able to go fast and follow full speed and we were solo on our tour which was the best. Now if your with a group and have others who are new to jet skiing may not be as fast I would think. Overall best excursion I booked on my first trip to bora bora for our honeymoon. Amazing sick views and we went all around the island and stopped at a private island. Our guide Ali was amazing & cant’t recommend her enough she’s so cool & sweet!!! I kid you not I witnessed and jet skied over the bluest waters I have experienced in my life time amazing!!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend opting for the solo jet skis—even though they’re a bit more expensive, they are absolutely worth it. Our guide was incredibly professional and genuinely kind (thank you, Maui!). He took us around several beautiful parts of the island, captured photos and videos of us along the way, and even brought us to a small island where he opened a fresh coconut for us—delicious and unforgettable. This experience exceeded our expectations and is something I would happily do again.

We booked this tour last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the decision. From the moment our guide Ali picked us up she made us feel completely at ease, she was warm, accommodating, and radiated genuine happiness the entire time (thank you Ali)

One of many activities done while visiting Bora Bora. The guided Jet Ski tour was awesome. Learned about different and private islands in the near vicinity. Received 101 on coconut. How to tell the difference from good or bad coconuts. How to crack coconuts, where coconut water comes from, where coconut milk comes from etc. Definitely a beautiful island & even more beautiful to see by water. We highly recommend this tour.

If we could give zero stars, we would. Reckless, careless, extremely poor attitudes, and vindictive are just a few words we would use to describe this “tour.”
The guide clearly had an attitude problem and did not want to be there. At all. He completely ditched us three times, and two out of three times he was so annoyed he raced around in circles to create a massive wake, almost tipping our jetski and sending my wife sailing through the air.
Then, on the boat ride back, the boat “captain” drove full throttle through choppy waters with a full container of gas onboard, recklessly putting all the passengers at risk.
This company is so completely dangerous. Please avoid at all costs.

This is such a great way to see the island! Our guide, Ali, was fantastic! She gave us good safety info before we started and led us on a fun ride around Bora Bora. Sharing a jet ski was a good option. You can still see everything even if you’re not the driver. So fun!!!

Amazing day on the waters, best way to see all around the island. The views were perfect. Every shad of crystal blue right before your eyes. 2hrs of pure heaven. Staff was fantastic.

We had an amazing ride around Bora Bora on jet skis. Our guide was excellent, stopping at perfect locations to admire the ever changing colors of blue in the lagoon, sharing stories of culture and Tahitian life. A quick stop on a motu to enjoy fresh coconuts after a shelling demonstration. We had so much fun, and the jet skis were comfortable and fast. We would love to go again. Zero jet ski experience, but it was easy, fast fun. Fantastic way to appreciate the beauty of the entire Bora Bora Lagoon.
