For cruise ship guests, the meeting point is just outside the ship. As you exit, turn left and you will see the colorful tents. Please look for **Bon Siman Tours** and ask for **Justino or Conny**. For guests not arriving by cruise ship but requiring pick-up service, the meeting point will be at your hotel. Please let us know where you are staying so we can coordinate your pick-up and departure time.

Bad operator

I had booked a tour in English and got mixed up with a larger group that was Spanish only. The manager informed the driver that I was the only English speaking person on the tour for translation and the driver said two words in English the whole tour. When I asked to.be partially refunded the operator sais no. Poor attitude and poor customer service. Typical tourist bait and switch to avoid .

Mr. Marcotto, good morning. We regret that you were unable to arrive on time for the tour we had arranged for you, following all your instructions. The meeting time was 7:45 a.m., and you arrived at 9:05 a.m. However, we have placed you on a future tour, where the driver also speaks perfect English. We also regret that you booked for four people—three adults and one child—and that your travel companions did not show up for the tour. As you informed us, they didn't want to get out of bed. Furthermore, I regret that after you wrote a letter to Viator, in which you begin by saying it was a GREAT TOUR, we are here. Clearly, the faults were not ours but yours. Viator's policy is clear regarding refunds: arriving late and not showing up are the customer's fault, not the operator's. I only hope that you can reconsider your position and acknowledge that it wasn't our fault. Have a happy 2026.
