Excellent clean & cool city, very serene, kindly do not miss this comfy tour, only 1 hour by train from Zurich HB Central Railway Station. It's a tri-juncture of Switzerland, France & Germany, don't miss, it's an absolute must, excellent surroundings.

A tip if you book this tour be sure to board at the first stop as the bus is full and unable to board any passengers any stops

Very poor tour. Way too much down time on recorded narrative. Could have told so much more on sights we were passing in the city. Driver was terrible. She just went through the motions of driving. Didn’t tell us how to connect our iPads. We’ve never used them before. No expression on her face. She certainly didn’t to be there. No interaction. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Not a way to welcome visitors to Basel. Total waste of our time and money.

Bus was overbooked. Units in bus were broken and stopped working constantly.
Girl on bus who was in charge seemed mad because we brought our tickets through this site and said we should have bought them through the city transport.

Your instructions say meet at the Tinguely Fountain. No one was there to tell us the meeting place was across the street. Fortunately the City Walk leader told us the meeting place was NOT at the fountain but across the street at a bus.

It showed the option when booking the tour as a hop on, hop off, but there really isn’t enough time to do that, due to the lack of available buses to catch again. Also, turns out if you book through the site, you get a discount if you have a Basel card. That was not an option for us, which doesn’t seem quite fair. The narration often didn’t match what we were looking at. Often we were past whatever it was we were supposed to be seeing. Also, many things couldn’t be seen from the bus, without needing to jump to the other side, or craning our necks to look up. If I could get my money back, that would be great, but I doubt that would ever happen. No one was there, to help people use the tablet, which was hard for some of the elderly, and those that didn’t speak the language. We were supposed to get a lackerly …we did not. However, the driver did an excellent job maneuvering the bus around the city.

Not a true Hop ON Hop OFF tour. Very poor tour. There's no time to make photos. Only ten minutes on stop #3, is a complete joke. I would not advise this tour to anyone.

This was an enjoyable, comfortable tour . Basel is a beautiful City. My travel companion left her purse on the bus and we were able to retrieve it when the dricver was finished for the day. How thankful and pleased in his effort to get the purse back to her.

Guten Tag, wir haben über unser System die Annulation gemacht. Aber Viator oder Tripadvisor hat keine Rückerstattung gemacht. Achtung: Der Bus war voll, weil Sie an der falschen Haltestelle zusteigen wollten und der Bus bis dann ausverkauft wurde. Das Problem hat mit Ihrem Fehler gestartet.

Busfahrerin war sehr gut, Mit den Tablets wurde das gut erklärt,
leider wurden wir bei der online Buchung etwas über den Tisch gezogen. Da wird man nicht nach der Baselcard gefragt und bezahlt 24 Franken pro Person.
Im Bus kamen Touristen und fragten nach einem Ticket. Mit Baselcard zahlten diese nur 12 Franken!!
