The experience never took place.They cancelled the trip scheduled for the 13 th October and suggested another trip for the 14th .This trip for the 14 th was also cancelled .All this happened with just 48 hours before the commencement of the trip.Very cheeky to ask me to write on a trip that never took off.As of today I have not received the refund.They just ruined my expensive trip to Basel.

We did our best to offer you an alternative tour for 14 October after the original tour had to be cancelled. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected last-minute emergency, which was beyond our control, we were unable to operate the alternative tour either. We fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially when you had planned an expensive trip around this experience, and we sincerely apologize.
We have processed a full refund for your booking. We are very sorry that we were unable to provide the experience you had expected, and we hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you in Switzerland again under better circumstances.
It seemed like a long day but the stops are all reasonably close together and you get sufficient time in each one.
Rhinefalls is amazing and a great start to the day when everyone is awake and energised. You might get some spray but you won’t get too wet!
Lake Constance was beautiful. A great hour spent wandering the streets and then hanging out by the waterfront.
The Castle in Austria was nice to visit and add a country to the list. We visited from Ireland so castles and churches not always on our to do list as we have plenty at home!
Lichtenstein was great to just tick a box and say we had visited and we got passports stamped to prove it.
Our guide John was excellent. Informative but easy going. Also a wonderful and safe driver plus a handy photographer when the opportunity came about.
Can highly reccomend both this trip and this company. We had a terrific day. Beautiful weather and incredible scenery constantly moving but at a slow enough pace never to feel rushed. The smaller group helped that too.

Absolutely awesome experience to see the Best of each country (Rhein falls in Switzerland plus Lindau, Germany plus Bregenz, Austria and Vaduz, Lichtenstein)
Even had my Passport stamped with Lichtenstein at the Tourist Center
This was pretty much a Private Tiur with 3 other guests from US and it was perfect on what could be accomplished versus a BIG BUS tour
Would do it again in a heartbeat ❤️
