It is a great place, the event is fun and they are generous with the rum! The staff are friendly and there is a lot more to explore than expected. Do this, you will not regret it! I took off a star because my tour time was pushed back and I only found out when I got there.

This was the best rum tour I have experienced. Our tour guide Akeel was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The cocktail class was icing on the cake.

Far exceeded my expectations. We have been on many distillery tours but this one was one of the best by far. Our guide was so entertaining making it informative and fun. The cocktail class afterwards was a blast. Made a rum based margarita and rum runner which in then consume. Highly recommend for a fun afternoon

Outstanding tour and education on the history of Mount Gay rum. The hostess was amazing and very engaging along with our mixologist who taught us how to craft some extremely tasty cocktails. I highly recommend this tour for everyone traveling to Barbados, you will not regret it

This experience was so much fun!!! You get to sample all of the rums and learn about the distillery in the first part of the tour, then go to their patio to learn to make some cocktails. We really enjoyed it, and it was a unique distillery experience!

Really fun tour and cocktail making class. It does have a tourist vibe since it's not the original location but they do their best to make it fun and unique. The staff was very knowledgeable and funny. Plus, the drinks were delicious! I would definitely recommend it.

Our guides were great! We really enjoyed the descriptions during the rum tasting.The cocktail workshop was an added bonus!
A HUGE shoutout to the woman who drove us back to the port when our cab hadn’t arrived by 3:15 - I didn’t realize the tour lasted until 3:30- and we had to be back on board at 3:30!!!
We had a rum tour on St Lucia- Mount Gay was head and shoulders above that one!

You will definitely get drunk. We had an awesome time. Took a tour and learned about Mt. Gay and had 4 tasting of rum. Ended the tour making cocktails in the cocktail class.
Highly recommend this tour if you are looking for a good time.

Do not try this tour on an empty stomach or if you have a hangover. Very informative with speakers who love their heritage and their job. Rum, rum and more rum. Got to be done.

The actual event is a lot of fun. I highly recommend the rum tasting and cocktail making class. The charismatic guides provide a great history on Mount Gay and then lead you through an informative tasting of 4 rums. Finally, the cocktail making was truly the best part- delicious recipes and just a lively carefree energy
My only cons were that the tour started very late and then returning home our van did not have working AC which was extremely uncomfortable after a day of drinking in the heat

We learned a ton about the history of rum and about the history of the island too. Our guides were fantastic! Eat before going, because the tour is followed by a rum tasting and then an excellent cocktail class and you will leave pretty sauced!

We were never picked up
No responded in app from the vendor
Finally got vendor by phone and was told Viator cancelled our reservation.
Vendor offered to charge us on the spot if we could find transport to the venue.
Viator is admit the trip was not cancelled by we had a 12;15pm pick up and no one was at resort to pick us up by 1:15. I hope they don’t give me a hassle on my refund.

Amazing experience. Zariah was a great brand host. The tour was very informative and you were able to taste the different blends of rum. What I liked the most was the cocktail workshop; making my own drink was superb. I’d definitely re-book when I plan another vacation here.
