Pickup details

We meet travellers after exiting the cruise terminal by gate number 1 close to the Coconut Bar and Grill. We will wait for 30 minutes complimentary. If you encounter any delays, please let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp message or call so we can attempt to make adjustments. If no contact is made prior to the expiration of the 30 minute wait time, you will be listed as NO SHOW and forfeit your transfer.

We used Ward's Tours for a pick up from the cruise terminal to a hotel. Kevin was on time, the van was very spacious and new looking. He pointed out sights on our way to the hotel. We would highly recommend Wards Tours.

We were delayed in disembarking the ship, but our driver waited for us. Anicia was friendly and careful. Much better than having to take a taxi!!

Easy. Good communication. On time. Clean comfortable car. Meet point could have been a little clearer as the ship port was very busy, but the driver had a sign with my name so we eventually connected.
