We’ll recommend the branch closest to your hotel or whichever is most convenient for you. Our gyms are easily accessible via BTS or MRT, with locations in popular tourist areas—from riverside spots near the Chao Phraya to central hubs like Ekamai Station. If you prefer to visit FITFAC Muaythai Ploenchit, it’s very easy to get there. Simply take the BTS to Ploenchit Station and exit at Exit 2. From there, walk toward The Athenee Hotel—it’s about a 5-minute walk. You can also use Google Maps to find us easily. After booking, just send us the name of your hotel or the location where you’ll be staying, and we’ll recommend the most convenient FITFAC branch for you. Once your session is confirmed, we’ll provide further instructions. Don’t worry about finding the gym—we’ll even send a staff member to escort you if needed

K. Tui and K. Pong were awesome teachers! They were silly, fun, and knowledgeable. My friend and I had a great time learning Muay Thai and speaking with some other students who have been going to the gym for multiple months. I wish to come back next time I’m in Bangkok!

Horrible experience and I think the only 1 star review I’ve ever given in my life, and definitely the worst experience I’ve had in Thailand. Absolutely awful, unwelcoming instructor who said maybe 5 words to me during the entire 1 hr session. Literally zero guidance or help provided with any of the “exercises” he showed. For a $70 1 on 1 session, you’d expect people to at least be friendly. And an extra charge for water on top? Seriously?

Would loved to have done it on all the days, but it’s a bit expensive for only a one hour class. If you reduced prices, more people will join. Also if you are offering shorts, at least have the correct size in stock.

I have always wanted to try Muah Thai and so I could not resist it when I was in Bangkok for business. Communication ahead of time was good by the tour operator who wanted to know my location as they send you to the closest gym -- this is a Muay Thai chain (like Orange Theory, Planet Fitness etc), not a hard-core 'beat-em-up' Muay Thai gym. This means safety can be assured. I arrived on time (Bangkok has TERRIBLE traffic, so budget 60-90 minutes if requiring public transport.....I had to use a motorcycle taxi which was a wild ride on the back of a bike in the rain without a helmet !). I met with my coach, I was given my Thai shorts as promised (if you are L in the U.S. like me, you will be XL here). My coach could not speak English very well which was a challenge. I was asked if I trained before (3rd degree in TKD), and asked about any injuries which was nice (past Achilles' tendon rupture was declared so he did not have be overuse that side). I was asked if I am right or left, and they will focus on that side. Class starts off with you running round the room to warm up, then stretching Thai style. They will then get you kicking the kick bag after they have taught you the art of 8 limbs. You will work with kicks and punches inside and outside of the ring. In the ring, they will get you to hit real pads after your hands are wrapped and you have boxing gloves on. This is the closest I ever came to a heart attack -- crazy intense workout. They wiill give you a break if needed. I had some movies and photos taken. Then there is a warm down. Gym: not busy, a few expats taking scheduled classes and private lessons. Several Thai fighters on their backs on the floor viewing their phone. Note to Viator: the water is supposed to be part of the few we paid. My gym charged me. I'm polite so I did not say anything. Please be ware that this is happening. Summary: a worthwhile experience for you to see how tough these guys are. I outweighed by coach by around 70 pounds and I could not shift him on the pads with real May Thai kicks. Coach could not speak English that well and was not that friendly or welcoming. You will train only, and you will not spar.
