This tour company needs much better signage. We were told to get tickets at warehouse #7. We arrived and found 6 or 7 ticket counters from different cruise ships , departing at various times. Most of them show “Chao Phraya River Cruise” on the sign. We went up and down trying to find our cruise operator - this went on for a good half hour (we were not the only one looking). Finally a managerial person helped us calling the local operator. It was at the first counter that we stopped by several times when they told us our names were not on reservation!! Never again do I want to deal with this terrible company again. Also the seating is below deck so not much to see out the dirty windows; live entertainment was a joke. A woman singing with the microphone turned way up in the enclosed space was more a torture than entertaining in my opinion. I couldn’t get off the ship fast enough.

Food very good and the views fantastic but the whole cabaret thing was too much. Not a great thing to do as a solo traveller. Also not impressed that a member of staff gave the singer money, hoping it would prompt others to give. However, as it was a sunset cruise I spent most of my time on deck and this was fabulous. So many great new and old buildings.

The seats are assigned and you don’t know if you get a seat with good views or bad. We had our seats on lower deck with no view, so it was basically a buffet cruise.

This was a beautiful way to see the city from a unique perspective, as always the Thai sunsets are out of this world. The view, entertainment and food all made this experience a perfect way to close our Bangkok trip.

This trip is best avoided: 1. Organised chaos at the check-in point where we were sent away twice. 2. Allocated middle of the 'lower deck' seats despite having booked months in advance. This was enclosed and with poor views so really defeated the object. 3. Boat departed late and came back early meaning the 'cruise' was only about an hour long. 4. Food very average and no nonalcoholic options available for the free drinks.

Very fun to see. Great music and a huge dance party!! Views were pretty. Dinner was buffet style, so as you’d expect. Very chaotic trying to board, very unclear. And the ride itself wasn’t very long since it took a while to board the boat.

The staff were lovely, but the other passengers made it insufferable. Stood in the heat and humidity for an hour before a chaotic boarding where people had no sense of personal space or lining in single file. We then had a the buffet, horrible food of which I had some guy push right past me and cut the line. The entertainment was a cover band, which was quite cringe. I actually wanted to walk off before boarding and wish I had.

Great sunset boat ride. Check in was easy and people who complain about it are -let’s say- special. Everything was organized and smooth. Food was plentiful and good. Live music was a very nice accompaniment of the panoramic city views. I do recommend that cruise with no hesitation.

One of the most memorable parts of the cruise was getting a WhatsApp message the day before offering me a different date to my 4-week-old confirmed booking by Viator. I declined as only that date was available for me, and I confirmed, again, that I would see them at 6.00 pm the next day. Turning up the next day resulted in nothing more than a shouting match as there was no boat to board. Just like there's been no refund either.

At checkin we were told that we were at the wrong place and go to the next gate in which we did to be turn back around, we literally had to convince them we were booked here and not at other gate then suddenly she found our tickets.

Highly recommend this tour. Especially at night. Seeing landmarks lit up at night is a spectacular way to view and well worth the money alone. But throw in the extensive buffet, the beautiful cultural dance performer's, and a live band. Treat yourself

We had a fun experience. The boat was not that crowded the night we went. The food was pretty good. There was a nice variety of food, but the beef stew was probably the best food that was there. The entertainment was good, music and Thai performances.

Everything was good, the food, the singers, the dancers and the view. The problem was actually finding the place. The Taxi has to drop you off outside of the building and then there is no clarity regarding the pier you should go to, the building has 3 so we were running around asking the different companies that provide the service if they had our names on their list… it was crazy busy and after 25 minutes (we got there early) we finally found the Dinner Cruise…

A little disappointing.....

There were several issues with the cruise. Firstly we got the meeting location and there was no one there to give us direction. Cruise was to leave at 7pm so we arrived early and finally at close to 7 went to another boat's registration table, only to find that we had been changed to another boat which did not depart until 7:30. Secondly there was a group of young high school students who had the entire upper deck which was blocked off for only them. Problem with that was that there was a very small space for all the other guests if they wanted to be outside, and there was no where to sit there. Having said that, the buffet was as expected and we still had 2 hours of cruising, it was just inconvenient and more so disappointing to not have the upper deck available.
