Lots of temples and Buddha's. We liked the tour very much, but the boat ride was too long and did not allow for time to see other non-religious areas, e.g. Jim Thompson, spice markets, etc. Guide is excellent, and she was very enthusiastic, know the area and provided much assistance along the way

It was wonderful. We were picked up at Cruise port. They adjusted our pick up time due to ship arrival. Our guide Joanne was very knowledgeable. We saw everything on list and had a traditional Thai lunch with sticky rice to finish off. Delicious. Long hot day but they took excellent care of us. Lots of water and wet towels as needed. Highly recommend.

Amazing all day tour with Miss Vivi (guide) and Mr. Sam (driver) from Laem Chabang Port and in to Bangkok. It was a long drive in, but we were very comfy in a private van with great air conditioning. We got to see all the highlights of Bangkok with great commentary from Miss Vivi. We got to do a boat ride and have an excellent lunch, as well. We were provided cold water and cool cloths between stops, too, which was helpful because it was very, very hot. Props to Miss Vivi for being so on top of things, and to Mr. Sam for his rockstar driving.
To note: we left the van for about 3 hours, to go to the Grand Palace, longboat ride and lunch. It was OK, but bring your fans with you!

This Tour could not have been smoother. Giftsy was waiting for us at the door and we quickly made our way to Bangkok. She was an extremely knowledgeable guide, very caring and took excellent care of us all day. Her Driver Mr. sunshine was also on it always there when we were ready to load in, provided to cool towels and cold cold water. I highly recommend you book this tour with Giftsy as it could not have been a better day. I feel like for the time we had we saw all the highlights of Bangkok, including a long boat ride. The day was phenomenal. Highly recommend Giftsy and Mr Sunshine!!!

We covered a lot of ground, and saw temples that are so much more amazing than other temples we've seen outside of Thailand. Our guide and driver were very flexible in the schedule, and the boat ride was a blast!

We had a wonderful time. We couldn't have asked for a better tour. The tour was about nine hours long, but it took about one and a half to two hours each way to reach our destination, so we only had about five hours of actual sightseeing. However, being able to see and experience everything I wanted to in such a short time was very meaningful and I will never forget it. If I have the chance to come again, I would like to spend several days there.

There is lots of travelling especially as there are plenty of traffic jams in Bangkok. The guide was great although a little difficult to understand at times. The boat trip was fantastic, the grand palace amazing and the other temples showed the variety of decoration and styles. Lunch was in a local restaurant and very tasty. An impromptu trip in a tuk tuk was great fun too. We were a little late arriving back at port due to the traffic and the drivers confusion as to exactly where the ship was. Not a problem for us as we were in port overnight but this could have been as issue for some.
Bangkok is very hot and humid-be prepared.

Bravo and Guide Alex did a fabulous job on this excursion. We were picked up promptly at the pier in a very nice luxury van, complete with WiFi and charging ports. We drove 2 hour to Bangkok and saw all of the top attractions. Emerald Buddha, Reclining Buddha and Presidential Palace were all amazing. Alex took us on a longboat ride down the river and off to a great local lunch. He was very accommodating with special requests, making sure we had a great time. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour if cruising, cheaper than cruise tour and nicer to have a private tour.

My tour guide, ViVi, was fabulous. Had an excellent day that was jam packed with various temples and the grand palace. Each temple was more beautiful than the next. ViVi took me to a wonderful spot for lunch that was close to the grand palace. The canal cruise was a great break from all the walking and a good way to escape the Bangkok heat. Would highly recommend! Thank you ViVi for a very special day!

Originally, we were going to take a ship tour. But you waste a lot of time on those and don’t see enough.
This tour was fast paced and we saw much more than a ship excursion. Our tour guide, Jo Anne, took us everywhere. Our driver was always there when we needed him. Both tour guide and driver were excellent.
We had a wonderful time in Bangkok. I recommend this tour.

We were picked up from our cruise destination in a timely matter and we were driven to Bangkok. Our guide was informative however there was a challenge with communication at times. I think that he did a good job overall. Thinking about the length of time we had and the length of the trip they were attentive and they really tried to make the trip as exciting and comfortable and safe for us as they could.There was a lot of walking when we visited the grand Palace that we weren’t aware of and it made for a very long day. We did really appreciate the fact that the Guide accommodated us to be able to go to the Pattaya floating market recognizing that was a customization beyond what they typically do. I would also recommend that in the future, the guide be prepared to take people to something other than a rest area to eat we wound up finding a really good restaurant however, there was the typical Taco Bell McDonald’s options that he also presented to us so we would have just like to have more local authentic Options. we did also appreciate the fact that cold water was provided to us as well as a cooling towel which was very welcome on such a hot day. We also felt the driver was very safe given all the traffic and the amount of time that we spent traveling overall, this company allowed us to be able to see very key parts of Thailand that were important to us and we greatly appreciated the accommodation. Our guide also was super attendant at the floating market even carrying our bags for us. If I could give a 4.5 I would. I would recommend them again.

The guide and the driver were kind people. This is why I am leaving the three stars. They were polite and allowed us to customize the itinerary.
The experience with the company was below any expectations! There was no communication to help us prepare for a pleasant day at the city. I would not suggest this tour company.

What a wonderful day in Bangkok! Our tour guide Alex and driver Tien gave us an amazing day. We visited several temples, visited several beautiful Buddha sites, toured the Grand Palace, took a really fun river boat ride, had lunch at a place of our choosing near the river and visited a gem factory and sales center. Tien navigated the streets with ease and Alex made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Alex gave us choices throughout the day to keep things interesting and fun. The ride from the cruise port was about 90 minutes, a bit longer when we headed back due to traffic. But the travel time was well worth it! We would highly recommend this tour and our guide Alex and driver Tien!

Anne was a great guide. She was waiting at the port for us and we were taken to Bangkok in an air conditioned car. All of the attractions we went to Anne was very knowledgeable on the Thai history. We had a lovely lunch, A very enjoyable day. However we did not get to the Grand Palace or the Emerald Buddha due to closures and the company did not offer any alternatives this was disappointing.

Alex and his driver are terrific. Great communication before the tour, we were picked up at our ship, and provided water in the large air-conditioned van for the 2.5 hour drive to Bangkok. Alex gave us fantastic guided tours of The Grand Palace and all the amazing Wats we saw. The ride on the long trail boat gave us many views of Bangkok. The included lunch was tasty. The day was very hot, but Alex provided us with cold towels and water for the drive home and took good care of us throughout the trip.

Vi-Vi was an exceptional tour guide for our private full-day tour of the highlights of Bangkok. She provided personal service with great attention to our needs. Our ship docked later than expected and Vi-Vi, with the help of the driver "Uncle Sam" made sure that we saw all of the sights listed for our tour. She accompanied us on the canal ride and every minute throughout the very long day. She took wonderful pictures of the two of us at each temple and provided thorough.information at each site. She even assisted us with getting our shoes off and back on at each temple. Vi-Vi even found a "Grandma's Kitchen" restaurant and helped us order a fine Thai meal. We highly recommend Vi-Vi and Uncle Sam for a terrific tour of Bangkok.

We enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very prompt and knowledgeable about Thailand's culture. The sites we visited were beautiful and shows the history and uniqueness of Thailand's past. We sampled authentic Thai dishes at a local restaurant arranged by our guide. Our guide was very efficient in securing our admission to sites that needed tickets. She was very helpful and mindful in making sure that we are comfortable and safe during our tour. Would highly recommend this tour operator.

Well, organized tour guide, very good Driver, comfortable vehicle showed us temples, incredible Buddhas, and palace in Bangkok. Knew exactly word get my husband‘s elephant pants before he stepped into the temples. Boat ride was excellent, and we always felt our guide was looking after us. Highly recommend this tour for first timers in Bangkok.

Could not have asked for a better day! Our guide Pong and driver Son were amazing - Pong would get us in to all attractions quickly and as soon as we walked out Son would be waiting for us in our own air conditioned and very comfortable minivan. Saw everything promised and more. The lunch was a tiny restaurant that was full of locals - always a good sign and the food was amazing. Others on the cruise ship paid a very similar price for a group tour on a bus - we definitely saw more and got better value for money! Highly recommend!

Excellent tour, very professional and hospitable. Can’t imagine trying to see Bangkok without them. They anticipated everything and made sure we enjoyed. Had limited time in port, arrived at 7AM and needed to be back to the ship by 5PM, we saw everything and were back with time to spare.
Our tour guide Giftsy (improper spelling, sorry) was incredible! She gave us history information and knew where to go at every attraction.

This tour was a perfect day tour for exploring Bangkok! Giftsie and Mr. Sunshine were a great guide and driver for our tour. They were flexible in accommodating our cruise arrival and picked us up from the cruise port. Giftsie was very friendly and was knowledgeable about each destination we visited. She also adjusted the tour so we could avoid the crowds at the different stops. Mr.Sunshine was a great driver and ensured we got back to the cruise port in time. I'd recommend this tour for anyone visiting Bangkok, especially for those traveling via a cruise.

We arrived with Holland America Noordam crouse. I cannot be more happier with the tour we had with Monica. They picked us from Laem Chabang port. We visited so many places and had a great lunch in a unique café. Boat ride was fun. Driver was very professional. We were dropped off to our hotel. I strongly recommend to book this tour.

Our guide and driver Bangkok is is a beautiful city with so much history. The highlights was the Royal Palace, sleeping Buddha and our boat trip down the canal.. The only downside was the walking .

I am extremely satisfied with this tour. If I could give them more stars, I would. I was skeptical to make this reservation because the webpage mentioned a 7 AM pick up and our cruise docked in Leam Chabang at 9 AM. They are very flexible and adapt to your needs. I communicated with them by this site, and later by whatsapp. My husband and I had a great day!!! It was our tour guide (fluent in English), plus a driver... just the four of us. Nina went far and beyond her job, providing all the information about the city, and the temples, plus the culture and customs of the people of Thailand. She was our personal photographer for the day. We went to 5 temples, the Grand Palace, a river cruise (not crazy about that one). We went through Chinatown. She took us to a place to buy souvenirs. We did more than the cruise ship tours offers, at less price. It was a full day, from 9 AM to 8 PM (our ship docked overnight). We went to Pattaya the next day, which was another great experience.

This was a very good excursion (with the exception of the ridiculously long journey to and from Laem Chabang), with a great guide and driver. I took this trip instead of the one from the cruise line, which was too expensive and had too many people - we paid the same, but for a totally private trip, just the two of us and our guide. But a word of warning - it was a three hour drive there and two hour drive back, which is a good chunk of a day, and quite tiring. Of course it would be the same on the cruise bus!
Distance aside, Bangkok is a great place to visit, and our guide took us to all the key places - The Golden Buddha, The Grand Palace, the Emerald Buddha (very small), the Reclining Buddha (which is insanely large), Wat Arun and a long and fun long tailed boat ride on the Chao Phraya river and tributaries. We finished with a fun and excellent quick meal in a roadside cafe/restaurant behind the Grand palace, which was to say the least basic, but had great food, truly authentic Thai. The dishes were better than the Thai food on the ship that evening, and cost about £4 each (included in the ticket price).
Truly an excellent use of the 4 hours we had in the City, if only there was a way to get there quicker (perhaps a drive to the river then do the longboat into town?) it would have been phenomenal, and we could have perhaps spent some time in Chinatown.
