  • Once activated, used, expired, lost, or damaged, the pass is non-refundable.

Voucher not accepted by Viator

The booth was very hidden, the ladies needed a QR code. There wasn't one from Viator, the ticket won't be accepted. Not feasible without contact to MyHoliday, the lady from Airportel called on my plea but there, proper voucher came via WhatsApp, 40 minutes time spent.
