Failure to do so requires contacting us at least 24 hours before the tour to arrange pick-up. Pick-up times range from 7:00 am to 9:45 am, tailored to your hotel's location. The catamaran sets sail from Cabo San Lucas, guided by our team identifiable by their attire. For those with confirmed transportation, please await in the lobby 5 minutes prior to your pick-up time. Look for our driver dressed in khaki slacks, a white polo, and holding a Pez Gato sign.
