This was a great way to see Bahrain on a long layover, or for an overall view of the city. Hasher is an amazing guide, very kind and you can feel the sense of peace and kindness in him.

It was listed as 5 hours and lasted 7.5. but the camels and mosque were nice. However I felt the boat ride unnecessary

Regarding the tour duration, your group arrived as part of a larger party of over 20 guests from the cruise, which naturally requires additional time for coordinated pick‑ups and drop‑offs at the Cruise Terminal. Your group leader also requested an extra photo stop at the F1 circuit, which contributed to the extended duration.
We always aim to deliver every activity included in the tour description, and on cruise‑ship days, traffic can be heavier than usual, which may affect timing.
We value your perspective and will continue working to ensure smooth and enjoyable experiences for all our guests.

Good over iew of the city and history. Our tour guide, Ali, was friendly, considerate, and kept the tour on track. We ended the day with a speed boat ride which was also fun.

No coffee or tea provided. No WiFi on board. No boat ride. Driver continuously used his phone while driving. Not a private tour. Also very little time to camels. Overall an extremely expensive tour which not worth its value.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important points to ensure an accurate understanding of your experience:
1. Camel Farm Visit: The Camel Farm was visited as part of the tour, and the camels were shown. Neither our team nor the farm management restricts photography. You chose not to walk further around the farm.
2. WIFI Access: WIFI was available throughout the tour. The password is always provided upon request, but no request was made.
3. Tea/Coffee Experience: Traditional tea and coffee are enjoyed at the Souq. Due to the rain, you preferred not to step out of the vehicle. To ensure your comfort, snacks such as crisps and cake were provided in the car.
4. Driver Communication: The driver did not use the phone unnecessarily. He was coordinating with other guests on the same tour, which requires his full attention and cannot be done while driving.
5. Language & Participation: There were communication challenges due to limited English proficiency, and you chose not to participate in one or more stops. It is difficult to fully enjoy or evaluate the tour when key experiences are missed.
6. Boat Activity: Due to heavy rain, a boat activity would have been unsafe. For your benefit, we added an extra stop at the Bahrain International Circuit as compensation.
7. Behavior During the Tour: A personal disagreement between you and your partner affected the experience of other guests. It is important to maintain respectful behavior during shared tours.

This was a lovely and comprehensive tour with Ali, who was terrific, knowledgable and kind. We got a very good sense of the lay of the land all around Bahrain and avoided the crowds and annoyance of dealing with large numbers of other tourists. I highly recommend for anyone visiting!

Fantastic day tour—perfect for cruise passengers!
This tour was a grrat way to experience Bahrain in one day. We visited the stunning Al-Fateh Grand Mosque, met camels at a local farm, explored the Bahrain National Museum, and wandered through the Portuguese Fort.
The souq was a highlight—colorful, lively, and full of treasures. We just wish we had more time there to soak it all in! The boat ride at the end was a relaxing touch, and the snacks throughout the day were a thoughtful bonus.
Our guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept things running smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone docking in Bahrain and wanting a rich, well-paced experience.

Huge thanks to Hasher, who was a superb guide. He was on time, picking us up from our hotel. very knowledgeable about his home country of Bahrain, and its history. This is a family business and he obviously enjoys the travel industry. He spoke excellent English, showed us the main sights, of the Mosque, Port, camel farm, museum, a boat ride and Bahrain souk. We had a full morning, but it never felt rushed...perfect timings, and gave us a great flavour of Manama. Thank you so much .

Very good experience. Camel farm was interesting. Portugal 🇵🇹 fort was one of the historic site to visit. Manama Grand Mosque 🕌 was so peaceful and beautiful. The national museum explained a lot about Islamic culture from birth to death. The boat was enjoyable. Finally the Souq was just ok. The guide was very experienced and fluent in English and explained in detail and took care of me well.

I enjoyed the tour with Hasher. He is very knowledgeable and friendly person. Communication from the beginning was very good. Hasher picked me up from the hotel and we started the tour. I was astonished with rich ancient history of the country and exhibition in the museum. Bahrain is a beautiful country. The boat ride on that hot day was perfect and it's a great way to see the city of Manama and its panorama. I fully recommend this tour to everyone.

Hashir was an amazing guide. He has such a calming energy, I really enjoyed spending the day with him. He was thoughtful, easy going, communicative and accommodating. He clearly explained everything we would do, meeting points, times, etc. He even had the small touches like wet wipes after touching the camels, and a wifi hotspot. I would highly suggest this tour and tour guide.

Very well organized tour of the main places to see in Manama. The duration of the tour was just right for us as we only had half a day. Tour starts early which was perfect for the October (it was still hot and humid). Haser,our guide, was very nice and explained Bahrain history, customs, and traditions very well. We have explored the souk and historical museum. Thank you Haser for the time well spent.

Took the tour with my wife and son and very much enjoyed it. It gives you a really good sense of Bahrain’s landmarks, with particular focus areas. Highlights for us were the mosque visit, camel farm and museum, but enjoyed all other aspects as well. Our host, Hasher, was amazing. Highly recommend it, and because of what we got to see, we’ll be back to visit again soon.
