Good service makes up for initial mixup on Aswan day tour

The tour got off to a very bad start when the guide didn't show up to pick me up in the morning. I contacted the agency and spoke to Sayed, who was very apologetic and explained there had been a technical issue at their end. To be fair to Sayed, he did everything he could to make up for the error, although it did mean that I had to take a train to Aswan and so missed out on Kom Ombo and Edfu temples en route. The replacements stops (unfinished obelisk and dam) were okay but not anywhere near as good as what I had hoped. Philae temple was really cool though and my guide Mostafa was knowledgeable and friendly with great English. All in all I think this could be a good tour if you're very short on time and want to visit Aswan on a day trip from Luxor, but I'd recommend double checking with the tour company beforehand to make sure everything is organised well in advance.

炒鸡靠谱的tour group. 开始定的Luxor一日游。司机兼导游Sayed很热心准时。凌晨三点接机。所以后来又定了从Luxor到Aswan的行程，以及Abu Simbal一日游。他们价钱比TripAdvisor/Viator其它公司公道。

We booked Luxor tour with Aqua Tours and had a great time. Our guide, Sayed, is punctual, courteous and very helpful! Because the tour is so good, we asked Aqua Tour to book our Luxor to Aswan trip and Abu Simbal trip in Aswan! Ask for Sayed when you book!
