Optional Airport Transfers. Airport transfers are not included in the package price. However, for your convenience, Vision Safari & Tours can arrange a private airport transfer upon request: Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) to Arusha: USD 40. Arusha Airport to Arusha Town: USD 15 If you would like us to arrange your airport transfer, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate your pick-up and drop-off smoothly. Payment can be made in cash/Credit Card upon arrival.

Luggage Information Safari vehicles have limited luggage space, so we recommend travelling with soft-sided bags or backpacks rather than large hard-shell suitcases. If you are travelling with larger or excess luggage, we can safely store it at our office in Arusha while you are on safari and arrange for it to be available again at the end of your trip.

Estimated Return Time On the final day of the safari, after your last game drive, we will begin the journey back to Arusha. Depending on the park location, road conditions, and any stops along the way, you can generally expect to arrive in Arusha at approximately 4:30–5:00 PM.
