Okay but could have been better

My whole safari was really messy from day 1, I did booked last minute because the tour I had canceled out of the blue 8hrs before my safari started (First Rupia Adventures canceld and then Super Game Tanzania) but got my confirmation right away and at the time I was supposed to get picked up at my hotel the tour operator wrote to me that I had to cancel and pay on arrival but by that time it was to late to cancel and get a refund so i talked with someone from Viator and they pretty much made him go a pick me up and do the safari. So I was picked up almost 3hrs after my safari was supposed to start and I was never with one group. I was told my group left on time so they kept on placing me on different groups, on whichever was available to go to the place where I was supposed to go that day so it was really messy sometimes i didnt even know at what time they were picking me up and had to constantly write and ask to Justin, my tour operator. Also de camping site I was placed in is a public camping. it wasn't the worst place and the people there are really nice and it was ok but it wasnt what I was expecting for the price they charged. There were roaches in the tents and in the dining area. On the other hand the sites are amazing, and got to see a bunch of the animals so the safaris by themselves were really good And I got to meet a lot of really nice people in each group I was placed in. So in the end was okay but the whole lack of planing really got into my nerves and created a lot of unnecessary problems.
