We were four colleagues and we really enjoyed the trip, visited impressive places, we drove around the island in one day with the local guide.
Roy was our tour guide - He works for Spot travel on the island and did an excellent job giving us a full tour of this beautiful island. Well worth it!

Had a great time. The driver was great but did not appreciate the fact that they added a charge of 25 Euro to get us back to where we started. The driver was told by his boss to drop us at some small town unless we paid the additional CASH to get back. We had no choice since we had a plane to catch. NOT HAPPY

Our tours all have the city of Angra do Heroismo as their pick-up point, which is the main city on our island.
In your case your pick-up was at the airport which is 20km away, normally we charge for the pick-up but as it was a private tour and the client pays a little more we thought it best not to charge. In addition, you were also asked where you wanted to drop-off after the tour via message through the platform and you did not give us that information. If you had responded, we would have informed you of the extra fee that is charged and we have that information on the platform.
We are sorry that it was not to your liking, but the rules are explicit on the platform.
We hope that part of this had a good day in the company of our collaborator on our island.

Pedro was our awesome tour guide around Terceira. He was prompt, patient with us (we have 4 young kids), and very knowledgeable about the island and its history. We learned and saw a lot of fascinating things. Pedro was savvy navigating around the island including around the tricky, rainy weather we experienced during the tour. We would 100% recommend this tour and Pedro as the tour guide!

We had an enjoyable day with John. He showed us all around the island. He brought bread with him to feed the ducks. The north shore was very good. I wish we knew the volcano caves were closed Sunday and Monday before booking.
