Beware! This is a transfer, not a tour. We were picked up at our hotel. I was asked to sit in the front seat rather than the back with my wife. Hmm - ok, not a big deal. The driver was very nice , great wnglish and we enjoyed our conversation to Jerash. However, once we got there he told us it should take us a couple of hours and he would be waiting right where he dropped us off. As he was. In summary, we received a very expensive transfer and not a tour. We were denied our initial request for a refund from Viator.

At Jerash, the driver remained available at the agreed location while you explored the site at your own pace, as waiting time is an included part of the service. For transparency, our listing clearly states that licensed local guides inside Jerash are not included but can be arranged separately at the visitor center if desired. We also appreciate your note that the driver was professional and enjoyable to speak with. Moe, our driver, is an excellent driver with very good English. He collected us promptly from our hotel and talked to us about the country throughout the journey - extremely informative. I suspect that we took longer than usual exploring Jerash, but he still found the time to take us to the Blue Mosque on the,way back, after we mentioned that we hadn't visited it. He parked outside and accompanied us around the mosque, acting as our guide. We had a fantastic day ourmt and would highly recommend this tour and Moe as your driver.

Safe, comfortable, accommodating and amazing'

The tour was great, I had enough time to take all the pictures I wanted, the ride was super comfortable. They were very accommodating at picking me up where and when I needed. Very grateful and would recommend to anyone. Super safe. Very friendly as well! Jerash reminded me of Athens, Greece!!!
