I'm not one to normally write reviews but it's necessary here to warn others of my terrible experience. I booked this tour the night before and pretty last minute, so I do take some responsibility too. Anyway, my wife and I wanted to better see and understand the islamic history in Jordan so booked this tour. As a minimum, I was expecting a driver to share some experience or knowledge, given we paid £65 for this experience, not a small sum. What we got in fact was just a chauffeur who took us from our hotel to the caves which was a short 20min journey. He didn't speak to us through the journey and he just sat in his car while we explored. Thereafter he took us straight back to the hotel, seemingly forgetting that we had paid to see the King Abdullah mosque too (not hard really given what the name of this experience was). The mosque is a 3min drive from our hotel, so again not a big deal at all. He then wanted to twaddle off leaving us at the mosque. I asked him to wait for us while I do Friday prayers, not unreasonable I thought. He agreed and waited an hour while we prayed. He then dropped us off and demanded another 15 dinars for waiting and for taking us to the mosque (doing what he was paid to do?) He argued with me in the car with my wife present and eventually settled (hustled) an extra 10 dinars out of me. It was our first day in Amman so the con artists were out. Subsequently learnt that I could have just taken an uber to the caves for 6 dinars and 1.5 dinars to the mosque. Their drivers do exactly the same job for 60 quid cheaper. You've been warned, avoid this place like the plague....

Dear client First of all you booked seven sleepers cave tour alone without the mosque, the extra charge for waiting is 15 JD for each tour to visit a second site inside Amman, and after checking the tour record and tracking device, it's showing that you spend one hour at seven sleepers cave not 20 min, and it's so clear that this tour not included guide, also our cars and drivers not same as Uber and taxi
