Horrendous Tour Package

My booking was for 8.30am but it was a no show. The driver did not show up. I would have to replan my precious day in Amman.

Hi Please note that you booked the tour 8:20 AM, and expected to get the driver within 10 min at your hotel, when we contacted you to inform you that we can send a driver within 40 min, because the traffic, you refused and asked for a refund and we refunded the tour.
