If you are looking at this tour 100% do it. I am 21 years old and traveled to Israel with my 59-year-old father this summer. We spent 3 days in Jordan and it was the best part of our whole trip! Our guide, Muhammad made sure we had cold bottled water every time we got in the car. He picked us up from the airport and was with us every step of the way. Every moment was perfect, from the food to the accommodations, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip. If you are even considering using this tour, I am telling you right now you will not regret it for one moment. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

Not recommended at all!!! Hi everyone This is Carolina ,solo traveler; I have been travelling all over and I have used many agencies ,never had any issue ! Till I booked with Middle East global agency in Jordan (one of the company names). I booked through Viator a package for 3 days with driver. Instead I purchased it got messages from the Middle East company offering extra things like hotels, tours, guides and they asking for a lot money. They pretend I canceled the transaction I did with Viator and pay again to then. They said to me for issues with taxation so said the not. Finally we talk and agreed price and extra and they offered for free to pick me up and drop of me to the airport as a gift but no they were counting it as a day; and they pretend I pay and extra day. The car wasn’t luxury as I booked also no water as a welcome offer. We went to Petra and I got stole my Necklaces the only person around me was the guide they arranged for me. I asked the driver to take me to the police to do the report but he avoid my requirement and instead took me to the hotel. So I decided to cancel my tour and only payed for the 3 days but they start messaging me to pressure me to go the places I didn’t want to go so I asked to ended the tour and I don’t wanted to pay extra so they weren’t happy with me. I asked few times to the driver the name of the company and he gave me different name so no sure the real name. (Middle East or Global Middle East) I asked them to schedule for me a tour in jordan so the set the itinerary and we agreed about the price everything was set , when we start the tour first day that what they did with me!!!! The itinerary suppose to be for 3 days and I didn’t get the 3 days even . 3-I suppose to be picked from the airport and dropped off to the airport but that didn’t happen either .they said it’s only picked up paid for , usually when a travel agency schedule a tour ,picked and drop off included but with this people it’s not !!! In Wadi Rum I never got the jeep ride. I had to pay for it !!! 5- they wanted force me to do some extra tours which I didn’t want , they kept asking and asking they never gave up . This is my my experience with Middle East global agency in Jordan.

Lo salvó Nabil, excepcional persona, cálido y comprometido con la empresa. Si no fuese por él, nada hubiera salido bien. Tienen un representante de lujo. Siempre dispuesto a solucionar inconvenientes. Su profesionalismo evitó el desastre siempre con una sonrisa y puntualidad. No está claro la forma de contratación. Las personas mayores no tenemos la esgrima necesaria para interpretar lo que nos venden. "Driver only", no es opción. Confunden con su publicidad. No amerita semejante viaje para no tener nada mas que un chofer. Me responsabilizo por el error pero su venta del tour es engañosa. Por suerte, me tocó Nabil y todo fluyó.
