An amazing two-day trip!...

An amazing two-day trip! Petra, a rock-curved city, is a unique place and we were at awe with the ingenious way the ancient Nabateans made the place, the red colors of the rocks and the serenity around. Wadi rum is a life time experience in its own. The high rocks with the many colors and the red sand of the desert around you feels as if you have landed on an extraterrestrial place . Spending the night at the camp at the desert is a unique experience. It is as if the world has stopped just for a while . We enjoyed how quiet it was and we can still remember the amazing sunset and the morning dawn the following day. We would easily stay another night . The local people are so friendly (like all Jordanians) and kind. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with local dishes, cooked in the traditional bédouine way. Our guide, Murad, was very enthusiastic and ready to explain and make the most of our experience.

We had an amazing experience - Petra is definitely worth visiting for everybody one day. Wadi Rum is unreally beautiful, especially in the morning. Special thanks to our driver - Khader Dawood, he gave us a lot of extra information and helped us out with pointing out extra stops - for food and nice views.

We had an excellent time on this tour! Guide Khaled Shabso was very helpful and sociable and we had a good time on the long hour drives. He was also flexible with the times allowing us to enjoy sightseeing at our leisure. I heartily recommend this tour if you want to get a great experience in Jordan but do not have a lot of days to enjoy it. We will definitely be coming back to Jordan for a longer tour in the future!
