If your pickup is at the airport, you must provide us with your flight number and arrival time. Our Meet & Greet service allows us to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time if necessary. Additionally, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to ensure you have enough time to go through security, collect your luggage, and head to the arrival area to meet your driver who will have a sign with your name, which will make it easier to find them. If your flight is modified or cancelled, it is important that you let us know your new arrival time so we can be there when you arrive. In the event that the aircraft changes its arrival date and time, it is your responsibility to inform us of that updated information, including the flight number and arrival time. If your pick-up is at a hotel, you must provide us with the exact address and room number the day before your service, so that our driver can look for you at reception by name and room number."
