Amazing trip, worth seeing cave

It was amazing experience! I meet fantastic people and we had greatest trip! The driver Nikos was amazing host and guide. Even thought the heat was a bit heavy, we still managed to go up to see cave of Zeus, one couple used donkeys. But most important, we had fun and made nice memories.

Not for the faint hearted

Fantastic day. We loved the boat ride to Spinalonga (be prepared to climb once on the island). Lots of history znd6 lovely views. We then went with the guide up the mountains to Krista, beautiful village, before going further into the mountains for lunch (where we tried goat, it was really good). We also saw the 1000 year old tree, and visited Zeus's cave (be prepared to climb). They had donkeys which you could hire to take you up the mountain and bring you back down (completely disagree with this. We saw a man about 20st sat on a poor donkey who was struggling in 32 degrees to take him up and down the mountain, if they are going to use them they should be restricted to children under 7). Our guide was very informative discussed at great length with my 14yr old Greek mythology

zu eng im Wagen.. wenn ich auf dem Rückweg eine fremde Person schlafend auf meiner Schulter habe.. Wurden pünktlich im Hotel abgeholt, zuerst zu 7 in einen Wagen gequetscht, dann ohne Erklärung irgendwohin gefahren, wo 2 Damen gesagt wurden, sie müssen mit jemanden anderen gehen. Nach einer Fahrt zu einem Dorf wurde angehalten und gesagt, wir treffen uns in 30 Minuten wieder beim Wagen.. sorry.. geht gar nicht.. dann viel Geschwafel über Weltanschauungen die man nicht aufgedrängt haben will..zwar war die Landschaft schön, viel Erklärungen über jeden Baum und jedes Pflänzchen, aber nicht viel mehr.. Plan abspulen und gut.. Mittagessen war sehr lecker..
