The tour guide was very pleasant and provided us a great deal of history of the area and shops we visited. Samples were abundant making the trip so enjoyable. It was a flavorful peek into Australia's food scene. Very enjoyable tour.

The F Factor was the first activity we did after coming off an overnight flight from Singapore so we appreciated Katina’s bubbly energy and fun facts that kept us entertained. My teens were even quoting some of the facts they had learned as we walked around Adelaide days after. Thanks Katina for a great introduction to Adelaide through its interesting food history!

A true local must do tour to discover Adelaide

Katina was incredible. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you like sweet stuff... She is a true local making us discovering Adelaide through her childhood memories with such passion and pride for the local businesses and pioneers that have marked the past and still continue to be legends in the food history landscape of Adelaide. Flamboyants Tours has tons of different tours too and I will definitely try to do another one with Katina and her team.

Overall great tour with informative guide and tasty food. It is geared more towards sweet rather than savory but all was good. Appreciated learning the history of the food via the lens of the city. Good amount of food, not too much but you definitely won’t go hungry!

The first thing we did in Adelaide was the F Factor Food Tour and every member of my family enjoyed it. Not only did it keep my kids interested, we learned a lot about the food culture of Adelaide and got to try delicious food we otherwise would have missed.
