History facts!

Rashid gave us a great tour of the city. Highlights include a visit to Black Star Square and the history of both the Square and a tour inside and up to the roof of the Black Star Gate. A visit to the W.E.B Du Bois center is a must see, so much history. For us who are visiting from the US this part of his work in Ghana probably isn't well known, but nevertheless impressive.

Great insights into the city

Hassan will take you on a tour around the city, taking you to some of the iconic tourist stops but also to some of the lesser known areas, where tourists don't always venture. It was a great balance between history, art and crafts and a walk through Jamestown and the local community there. So glad I did it, it gave me new insights into the city, its history and its community
