Worst "teachers" ever. But the professionalism of the operator deserves 2 stars instead of just 1

The contractors had 0 interest in actually teaching, all they did was pressuring me into buying something from their shop. It started after 10 minutes of drumming, I refused but they kept insisting and when I still refused they made it clear they didn't want to teach me anymore. They went on for another 10-15 minutes and started pressuring me again. At this point it became so unpleasant that I decided to leave. The whole thing lasted a little less than 1 hour and half of that was spent telling them I was just there to genuinely learn rhythms and not to buy anything. But to give credit where it is due: the operator was very professional and took responsibility for it, apologised for the unpleasant experience and issued a partial refund and said they were looking for other contractors to prevent this situation from happening again.

I have personally addressed the matter with them and made it very clear that this does not reflect the standards we uphold. We have also communicated that we will not hesitate to make changes, including replacing instructors, if there is no immediate improvement in attitude and delivery. We truly appreciate your time and your honest feedback. It is incredibly valuable to us, and we will use it to improve and ensure we deliver a much better experience to our future guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed the drumming lessons and their farewell serenade for us at the end of class. This was our very last excursion before heading to the airport to head home.
