The worst experiance ever in Abu Dhabi

I cannot recommend this experience to anyone. It turned out to be a significant loss of both time and money, especially given the limited duration of our stay in Dubai. Here’s a detailed account of the unfortunate events we encountered: Initially, the pick-up arrangement was a substantial failure. The tour operator neglected our location at Address JBR, despite their assurances regarding pick-up and drop-off services on their website. The application surprisingly did not include The Address Beach Residence as a pick-up point, so I had to opt for the Hilton Jumeirah instead. To make matters worse, the driver arrived almost two hours later than the promised pick-up time. There were no further instructions on how the day would unfold, which left us feeling confused and unprepared. After finally being picked up, the driver dropped us off at the Ferrari Experience and simply instructed us to return by 7 to 7:30 PM for pick-up. On the way back, the driver played Indian music, which made us uncomfortable, as we were a diverse group of nationalities in the mini-van. If we had wanted to listen to Indian music, we would have gone to India, not to Dubai. Additionally, the air conditioning in the vehicle was set to an uncomfortably low temperature. I had to ask the driver to turn it down, as I was concerned we would end up getting sick. Finally, the driver dropped us off at the main entrance of the Dubai Mall and instructed us to catch a taxi back to our hotel. This lack of proper service and communication resulted in us losing an entire day waiting for a ride back. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor customer service.

Ferraris world is the best place for Adventure Ride. Viator provided a great service from hotel to Ferrari world. Everything was on time and driver was saffer was very knowledgeable and polite. Co-ordination guidance was perfect I was with my family he understood our requirement,

We have informed you the pick up time and the driver came on time. You could have just wait at the lobby instead of mesaging every now and then before the given time. The Ferrari World opens at 12:00 PM. Your ticket was given before that time. You do not need to keep asking from time to time as you are already informed it will be handled to you before the Park opens. We have other clients to attend to and we are trying our guest to reply to all your unneccessary messages. You were informed that you will be picked up from Ferrari at 5:00 pm. From 4:30 pm you are already sending messages asking for the driver. You went out in the open with this warm weather and telling that its hot outside and frantically looking for the driver - that is before 5:00 pm!! You have caused your own discomforts. The tour and your pick and drop are well excuted. We were on time. Apart from that, we were responsive. You could have enjoyed your tour if you focus on enjoying than worrying something that is already arranged. Thanks

Ferrari world itself was a fun day lots of interesting rides, got to get into a race car and do a simulation race , then went to the formula one race track, had a great tour of the track and the pit area would recomend this part of the trip,the journey down to to abu dhabi was anight mare very poor drive spoke little english packed into a 12 seater mini van no leg room , told to be at meeting point at 7 driver there had to wait nearly 2 hrs for other pax to turn up,because they were late then had another night mare ride home in van worst ride ever

Ferrari World has been fun! However, I did not receive a PDF ticket via email from the viator on the day. However, the driver who dropped me off communicated with me, downloaded a PDF ticket to the driver's email address, and even helped me upgrade my Quick Pass, which helped me a lot until I got inside Ferrari World. I regret that I forgot to hear the name of the driver, but thank you so much for your support!

Je n’ai même pas pu faire l’activité parce que l’annonce est mal foutue. Le transporteur n’est pas venu parce que soit disant il prend uniquement les personnes sur dubai pour une activité à Abu Dhabi alors que mon hotel se situer à Abu Dhabi J’ai bien évidemment demandé un remboursement
