Terrible. They didn’t send the tickets via the App. Only a voucher. Then they didn’t respond to my message for 3 and a half hours. Now they are saying they can’t refund me. This is extortion.

It was alright, I didn’t find it engaging or too enriching, the dome was nice by the ocean, if photography is the objective with dome as the backdrop then definitely worth a visit otherwise I’m not totally sure, although I am a layman when it comes to arts and historical artifacts, to an expert it may hit differently

I loved the museum, I really liked that it’s organized by time and not geographically. Love the outside of the building and the whole aesthetic of it. We did not receive our tickets as promised. I messaged the day before, and they had promptly responded that we would receive the tickets on the day of our booking. On the morning of our booked trip, we did not receive the tickets. We called this tour operator 3 times, but there was not response. We had to escalate to Viator Support, who also could not reach them by phone. We have requested a full refund for services NOT rendered, but we are awaiting the company's response. Fingers crossed we get our refund.

An excellent collection of artifacts

The variety of artifacts were mind boggling. There were items from different periods and various countries and religions available for viewing. You cannot take large back packs or any liquids or foods. You can leave them at the coat-check counter for free and collect them as you exit. Only thing to improve was having better and clearly marked directions thru the museum. At times, it was hard to navigate without doubling back. Love the golf cart transports available for anyone to get back to the parking area, which was all free. Great experience and worth the money spent. 2 hours would be plenty to cover it all.
