    SCAM! Do not purchase!

    This Tour is a scam he will give you expired tickets and make you pay at the theme park again. He gave me 4 expired tickets and as we called him and he said I don’t know what to do and then muted the call acting like it’s cutting out and proceeded to ignore us. This is a scam and I payed 650 Australian dollars on here and 650 at the park. Don’t bother with these con artists purchase tickets at the park

We cannot offer any support if we receive random calls from someone but not from the Ferrari world counter. Our representative is already present all the time at the counter for any support needed.     Fascinating to see the cars! If you are from North America, then this is not a big deal. Ferrari World is a lot smaller than Universal/disney parks. There aren’t enough rides. Make sure you go on a weekday during off peak season. For some rides the wait times are 210 mins. We spent all day and decided not to go on the fastest ride because of the wait time. The staff are super efficient in terms of managing crowds but there’s nothing they can do if the crowds are so big. As you enter mark the washrooms. They are not easy to find. The Italian restaurant was expensive but the pizza was good.

    Scheduled shared pickup came late and wanted to be collected in 5 hours so if you want to ever go then make your own plans. Living in central dubai and travelling to Abu Dhabi is not easy and traffic is bad on weekdays. Rides are ok if you have done Orlando - waiting times for main 3/4 thrill rides are around 2-3 hours. Management is disorganised- I saw people going through fast pass some rides they were checking and some they weren’t. My boys told me that they are not updating the waiting times in real time so you can’t guess the true waiting time and it’s more than what they are showing. Else it’s a good experience. More disappointed with the logistics, Wifi failure and the management of rides else it’s well made architecture. There is an Indian restaurant in the Yas mall - Rasoi Ghar had excellent food. That was perhaps highlight of the day for me.

    The tour operator, Rayna Transportation, provided very good service and provided effective communication via Whats App. The booking process via Viator was quite easy. Ferrari World was a very family friendly environment and the indoor amusement park was quite clean. We dined at Gran Tour Emilia. It was a wonderful culinary experience. The Italian cuisine is authentic.

    Booking was pretty easy and straightforward a bit cheaper even than getting it directly off the site for me got there at 2 the ROSSA wasn’t working on this day but we had a good time. I found it a bit overrated as there’s only rides and nothing much else to day but that’s just my opinion so 3/5

    Check ahead of time for that awesomely fast Ferrari coaster. It was closed down (had been for a few weeks) when I arrived :( However, the place is great and definitely doable in a day. Prices for things (food, souvenirs, etc.) are actually not bad. Friendly and professional staff. If you're a fan of race cars, this themed place is for you!

    The experience was fun although a few of the attractions broke down and we had to wait queuing for them to be resolved. Zentoride taxi from dubai to abu dhabi was reasonable enough to get a return journey.

    The Ferrari world is great, from the decor, to the innovative creation to the design to all the rides, its fantastic and worth it. I just find that the personal driving experience is a little heavy on the pocket and you should look at coming down on the price for that.

    DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! I received an old ticket that was used over 10 days prior! We ended up buying a ticket at the venue. Not happy, and no contact from company at all. It was stressful and a complete disaster.

    We already shared the ticket on timely manner both by email and WhatsApp. Neither we receive nay complain on the tour date nor we have any issue in the tickets as these are used for entry as per our system.     The park is amazing but everything is disorganized. Most staff don’t know what to answer when you have a question and direct you to the information counter which literally had a line to get info and maps. For rides like the world’s fastest roller coaster YOU HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE!!! You can’t just get on when you arrive in the park. If you arrive early and scan the QR code there you might get a slot later in the afternoon or you’ll have to wait till 6pm if you don’t have a slot. The formula rossa roller coaster was amazing and a bucket list experience for everyone. Other experiences like the maranello factory were also really good. Food inside is also quite pricey with them not allowing you to bring any from outside. If you want a locker you will have to stay in the ticket queue with everyone else and waste about half an hour :(

    Ferrari World is Good Fun

    Really enjoyed Ferrari World. There was something for everyone, children, teens and adults. A good mix of rides, experiences, F1 information, memorabilia and cars. My only negative comment is that food and merchandise is extremely expensive.

    Had a fantastic time. Pretty disappointed that the Formula Rosso was closed. Staff throughout the theme park were all helpful and friendly especially those operating the Roof Walk attraction. I look forward to returning again soon

    Not worth the money. Only like 8 rides, the main one was closed and 2 of them you have to pay extra fee to use/ride.

    Dans l’ensemble le parc a de bonnes attractions, cependant l’attente est toujours longue (même avec le fast track) du au fait il y a qu’un train par attraction et que l’embarquement n’est pas optimisé. Déplus, la majorité des attractions sont des films 4D.
