Highly recommended
My expectations going it to this were fairly low - I expected a very shallow dive into the hospital and not to learn much. I was wrong - the hospital visit is amazing and well worth a visit for the substantial learning you will experience about their work and the animals. There is a small somewhat unremarkable giftshop but you will need cash (dirhams or USD) as they do not accept credit cards. A few notes: What you are paying for here is basically a driver to take you from Abu Dhabi to the hospital and back. He does not give the tour or attend it, he just buys your ticket and gets you there. Also note that there is a little walking and quite a lot of standing around, so if that is difficult for you discuss with the actual tour guide what your options are.

A wonderful animal experience.
Wow! The reviews said this was worth it and they were 100% correct. This was a little bit outside of town, but such a great experience. Our guide Hasan was passionate and charming. So many falcons here to see. Lots of education and explanation and up close experience with these birds. We were both extremely impressed. Highly recommended.

An Abu Dhabi highlight!
I first tried to buy tix on the official site, but they were sold out. Luckily I saw this listing for the same time! I personally did not need the pickup so I can’t speak to that part, but the tour itself was one of the highlights of my UAE trip! I learned so much from the staff, and it was very engaging. We also met a kind gentleman bringing his falcon in for an exam while we were waiting, so it was interesting to get his perspective as well.
